Bên dưới là hình em bé Minh lúc 2 tuổi. Mình chụp vào đúng hôm bé bị bệnh, đứng gục đầu vào cái ghế ở nhà. Mình ít khi thấy em bé nào khi bệnh mà ngoan như cu Minh nhà mình luôn. Từ bé đến giờ, lúc nào bệnh cũng gục đầu lên ghế như vậy hoặc tự vào phòng nằm nghỉ chứ không khóc, không quấy bố mẹ bao giờ. Thấy ngoan vậy vợ chồng mình càng thương lắm.
Thời điểm 2 tuổi là lúc bé mới đi học được mấy tháng nên bệnh suốt. Nhưng vợ chồng mình vẫn rất bình tĩnh, không vì sốt ruột mà cho con uống những loại thuốc hoặc kháng sinh khi chưa cần thiết. Người Nhật nói là, một trong những lý do họ cho con đi học là để cho con bị bệnh, để bé có sức đề kháng tốt hơn. Mình cũng thấy điều đó rất đúng. Con của bạn mình cả nhà giữ rất kỹ, không cho tiếp xúc với ai, thậm chí tắm cũng phải tắm nước khoáng. Đến khi bé bị bệnh một phát là thập tử nhất sinh luôn. Vào bệnh viện bác sỹ nói vì hằng ngày giữ con kỹ quá nên bé không có khả năng đề kháng tốt đó các nàng.
Để giúp cho con vượt qua những đợt ho, cảm cúm một cách nhanh chóng và nhẹ nhàng hơn thì mình thường cho con dùng những sản phẩm thiên nhiên như mật ong manuka, uống nước cam, dùng viên cầm dịch mũi của Hylands, rửa mũi với nước muối sinh lý, và đặc biệt là dùng keo ong. Keo ong được làm từ dãi ong và nhựa cây đọng lại trong tổ ong để diệt trừ virus và các loại khuẩn. Loại keo ong này có thể giảm đau họng, dịu các cơn ho, làm nhanh lành vết thương (như kiểu nhiệt miệng í), và giảm phát triển của vi khuẩn. Trẻ con trên 2 tuổi là dùng được. Nhà mình luôn trữ sp này ở trong nhà để dùng cho cả trẻ con và người lớn. If you're allergic to cinnamon, don't use this mask. If your skin is very very sensitive, try a patch test on the arm and don't use if you get any irritation or use 1 TEASPOON instead of 1 TABLESPOON of Cinnamon. Make sure you avoid getting anything on your eyes! All you need is honey and cinnamon! I recommend getting New Zealand Manuka honey because it has natural anti-biotic properties.
