After 2 days off rest. I started cooking at the break of dawn. Today’s recipe is something that gives the left over chicken a second chance. It’s called “Ayam Soyat”. During Ramadan when we were little kids, every time there was left overs from last nites roast chicken or KFC (hehehehe) mom would be tearing the meat off the chicken the next day to prepare this dish. It’s suppose to be able to be kept long in the Fridge so it’s something convenient for those fast Sahur or Berbuka meals. But it’s so yummy with hot rice that there’s no chance for it to stay long in the Fridge. Here’s the recipe •
