連續七週的週末長跑都超過 30 公里，最長的一次是 37 公里。經過這幾週的訓練，身體已經可以接受在高速下持續運行超過兩個小時，比賽的時候只要說服自己，再努力堅持個三十幾分鐘。
今天是賽前最後一次長跑，下一次再跑這麼遠，就不是在加州了哦 😏

But i dont see any convincing longrun outcome from that. I still have bumps, whiteheads, blackheads, acne and such.
