時至秋分，平分秋色，
一半炎熱，一半寒涼，
一半快樂，一半悲傷，
一半思念，一半遺忘......
一年，已經切掉了一半，
原本也想好好的學習桿酥皮，
提前一個月醃漬鴨蛋，
做一個節日食物魔法師媽媽，
但成年人的一天，就像兔子尾巴啊！
到底是被誰切掉了呢？

還是想做個蛋黃酥，虛有其表也好～
玉兔對我來說是這麼特別的存在，
如果跟小孩一起做就好了，
材料簡單，步驟簡單，
看著兔子在烤箱裡噗噗噗
孩子一定嗝嗝抽笑非常有趣...

就提前三天把雞蛋冷凍吧，
當天早上退冰取蛋黃抹鹽，
中午就可以嘲笑對方兔子做得多滑稽....
希望大家過個溫暖的中秋，
前半年，前半生思念的，失去的，
都可以在月光柔和的照撫下，
把下半年的力量與勇氣充電滿血復活！

時過秋分，平分秋色，一半克制，一半放縱，
生活輕鬆點過，節日開心點過，
肥啊！！過完節再來減，
這樣，下半年，才有事做！


🐣速成玉兔地瓜泥偽蛋黃酥🐰
全蛋冷凍三天後剝殼
取蛋黃擦乾表面抹上鹽巴
靜置兩小時或一個晚上
（蛋白退冰仍可打發做蛋糕）
洗掉蛋黃表面鹽分
蕃薯蒸熟搗泥加赤藻糖與鮮奶油
（比例看個人，我各兩大匙）
包入蛋黃揉成圓狀蕃薯蛋黃
酥皮桿薄包起蕃薯蛋黃
視心情擺弄外型
烤箱兩百度烤二十分鐘
＊酥皮烤得熟就好，自己調整溫度
＊買冷藏蛋，保鮮好的蛋
＊好蛋黃較不腥，不用另抹酒烤過
＊鹽漬越久越鹹，請自行斟酌
＊蕃薯可買市售烤好的更速成
🥚冷凍蛋是一個不小心買太多蛋另類的解決方案
