材料
青蘋果1個
紅火龍果1/2個
甘荀1/2條
紅菜頭1/2個
山芋 1段
檸檬 1/2個
小青瓜 1條
加入適量水份打滑
飲完就腸胃好,好易瘦

1/2 beetroot
Some Chinese yam
1/2 lemon (for juice)
1 Mini cucumber 🥒
Some water
Blend well.. Good for health and helps to wash the waste away
