How to Make Wasabi Mayonnaise Chicken Rice Bowl
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 2 rice bowls
Ingredients:
1 package (45g=1.6oz.) Natto *you can substitute it with ground chicken or vegetables
100g (3.5oz.) ground chicken
A
* 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
* 1 tbsp. Wasabi in tube (freshly grated Wasabi is perfect)
* a pinch of sugar to taste
* a bit of salt to enhance the flavor
* 2 tsp. olive oil to add a gorgeous flavor
2 bowls cooked rice
soy sauce
chopped scallion (green onion)
Kizaminori (finely shredded Nori sheet)
Directions:
1. Cook the ground chicken in boiling water and drain well.
2. Mix A in a bowl. Then add the cooked chicken and natto, and mix well.
3. Serve cooked rice in a rice bowl, place the chicken mixture, season with a dash of soy sauce, then sprinkle with chopped scallion (green onion) and Kizaminori (finely shredded Nori sheet).

栗子炆雞 Braised Chicken With Chestnuts
材料:-
雞腿(切塊).............2隻
栗子........................1/2磅
乾蔥(略拍).............4粒
薑片(略拍).............2片
蒜瓣(略拍).............3瓣
蔥(切段).................1棵
紹興酒....................1茶匙
生粉........................1茶匙
調味醬汁材料:-
萬字蠔油.................1湯匙
萬字特選醬油.........3/4湯匙
糖............................1茶匙
水............................1杯
做法:-
1. 燒一鍋滾水,加入栗子煮2分鐘拿出,然後用毛巾反覆揉擦把栗子外衣去掉備用。
2. 將雞腿塊、紹興酒和生粉混合拌勻。
3. 把萬字特選醬油、萬字蠔油、糖和水混合成調味醬汁備用。
4. 熱油鍋下雞腿塊煎至微焦黃,然後下乾蔥、薑片、蒜瓣、蔥段爆香,加入栗子、調味醬汁,以中小火炆煮20分鐘關火,蓋上鍋蓋焗5分鐘便可。
