當初一開始挑戰的時候，很難相信自己可以做到每日一企劃這件事。
沒想到挑戰來到最後一天了
其實算是一個逼死自己的一週
歐不，其實是前兩三週就開始企劃了！
從事前規劃、企劃發想、執行細節等等，都很要想得很周全
在開始之前，也懷疑自己很多次😔
是不是每天都可以寫出能幫助到大家的文章，做出好看實用的投影片排版
因為說真的，每天從製作投影片到回覆所有的留言動態等等
都要花超過8個小時以上的時間😱
但在我內心的深處
其實最擔心的是會不會沒有人參加這個活動
但是從第一天開始的回饋，就讓我知道好像做對了某件事情，有動力支撐我繼續做下去
每個參加的人都要上班工作，即便很累，也都堅持抽出時間來完成每天任務，有人很拼的要趕工完
好不容易做完剛好收到我的加油訊息，妳告訴我「謝謝妳，覺得有人陪著努力一點也不孤單！」
老實說前四天的任務，每天都很硬！因為就真的很燒腦啊（因為也很燒我的）😂
每天挑戰結束後，我也盡力給每一個人回饋，陪你們一起到半夜啊呵呵
參加挑戰的粉絲們說：

我來看有多少人數，然後想個辦法讓你們可以收到，我整理了兩個禮拜，製作的寶貴投影片，一共有80多張啊😂😂
回答大家這七天想要問的問題：
Q1：如果面試官問期待的薪資，該如何回答才能夠不失禮貌，又達到自己的預期？
其實在應徵該職位時你就已經知道行情薪資大概是落在哪裡，你心裡也有預期了，不太可能相差太遠。
就以自己的判斷講出期待的待遇數字，或是當你不太清楚該職位的薪資，你也可以給予一個薪資範圍，禮貌性地詢問面試官，這樣算圓融又不失禮貌地處理方式。
Q2：履歷怎麼樣做出吸引人的排版？是完全自己慢慢磨練呢？還是使用word裡面現有的模板呢？
先在google搜尋一些版型的範例，然後找幾個你比較順眼的排版方式，試著用在自己的履歷上。
如果中文找不到喜歡的，也可以用英文關鍵字找看看版型，排版最重要不是花俏，而是要夠快速的呈現重點。
看一眼理解的時間越少，履歷越好。
Q3：要怎麼把自己的親身經歷舉例，回答得比較精彩？
說故事是最能打動人的方式，最好要讓你的舉例是有畫面感的，你把當時發生的事重述一次給考官聽，可以著重在一到兩個關鍵細節詳細描述。
例如一個客訴的經驗，你與客人講話的對話框，你用什麼方式去處理，又是做對了什麼才順利解決，這樣的回答內容就會很精彩！
Q4：在英文面試中若有聽不懂的單字或句子，應該如何面對？
記得我們之前在面試技巧有談到不能答非所問，可以老實說自己不懂那個單字或句子，誠實是比較好的做法喔！
可以請面試官再解釋重複一次問題喔！
Q5：工作是翻譯要怎麼用數字來凸顯與其他求職者的不同呢？畢竟不是實際去執行業務的人，只是中間橋樑。
可以用翻過的知名的作品來取代數字喔，或者是也可以用翻譯的文件數量、文字數、翻譯的產業類別、或是你可以多快交草稿、翻譯的準確率等等，來做凸顯說明
Q6：為什麼投了履歷會沒結果？
有幾個原因：
- 必須好好檢視履歷，有可能有需要調整的地方，不夠吸引人
- 你應徵的職務和你的專長技能是否吻合
- 企業不感興趣而已讀不回
- 你的履歷表相對較沒有競爭力，關鍵字篩選就被踢掉了
現在的感覺，好像是我們一起出國經歷了8天7夜的旅程。
現在在回程的飛機上，認識了大家很開心很興奮，但有點感傷這一趟的旅程就要結束了，每天好像會少了一種陪伴，那種心情很難言喻。
不過我們在線上，還是有機會繼續聯絡見面啦，祝大家這一次的挑戰都有收穫喔！

弟弟最近需要寫CV求職信
申請學校和找暑期工作
所以我寫了一份非常實用的大補帖以及需要注意的6⃣️大事項送給他
最近的私訊中也有收到很多關於求職的來信
所以就想在這裡跟一直很支持我的大家分享🤎
首先寫履歷前要站在👩⚖️面試官的角度想事情
不要妄想他會從頭到尾完整的看完你的履歷
面試官每次可能要看幾百封一起
所以一封很可能不超過十幾秒
1⃣️你要問自己的問題是：該如何在這十幾秒內讓他記住我，並且在最後選擇我。
-千萬不要以為別人寫什麼你就一定要寫什麼
醫學系家人生病，心輔系家人朋友抑鬱症
這樣寫絕對不會讓你脫穎而出。
-如果你是剛畢業面試比較🤍低階的工作請強調你學得很快，不需要太多培訓，可以很快上手。
面試🖤高階的工作要強調你有此方面的工作經驗，match品牌文化。
-可以用不同的字體把最重要的寫出來
2⃣️準備自己的優點和缺點，雖然這個問題有點cliché但還是要準備
-優點的部分
不要說我覺得 而是以第三方的角度來闡述（不包括爸媽家人）
例如：
我之前的合作夥伴每位都說很準時
我之前的主管覺得我的優點是不輕言放棄
-缺點
不要只講缺點就結束要講了缺點後說自己如何克服的
要自信真誠不要吹噓
無論是主管還是HR都會是閱人無數的
所以你是不是在過度吹噓其實幾句話都能聽得出來
3⃣️照片：
雖然要看產業但我覺得：
1.不要用畢業照看起來沒經驗
2.不要出遊照／合影。。。
3.請正式但不無聊
4⃣️服飾：
在法國都需要穿得非常正式 在台灣我遇過穿碎花洋裝來面試
（有空再來拍面試穿搭好了）
雖然要看產業但我覺得還是稍微正式一點比較好
5⃣️另外一定會有一個問題是你為什麼要離開前公司？
這時候一定不要大說前公司的壞話
因為聽在老闆的耳朵裡這就是接下來你離職後會罵他的話。
可以朝著職業規劃，發展空間等等方向來回答。
6⃣️最後很多HR或者主管會問：謝謝你今天的時間你還有什麼其他問題嗎？
這個時候千萬不要說沒有然後就離開
而是要以已經得到那個工作的角度來問問題
例如；關於交接的問題（交接之前需要我再準備哪些資料）
之後的聯絡窗口會是哪位
上班的一些細節
（不要問什麼在哪裡打卡下班等等哈哈哈哈）
每一位老闆都需要並且渴望人才
如果你能為他設身處地的著想
有依據有計畫的告訴他：你如何能讓他的公司發展得更好
他就沒有理由拒絕
當然這些面試的技巧都有文化和產業的差異
