This store stands the test of time with the significant dishes: Glutinous rice and rice noodles eaten together with chicken salad. The sticky rice is cooked with chicken broth so its flavor is so addictive - slightly sweet and melt on the tip of your tongue. “The chicken meat we use is all free-range” - said the owner, that’s why you will find that the chicken here tasted nothing like the ones I have before which is really chewy, thick. Don’t forget to add a spoon of chili jam to enhance the general flavor. Finally, I’m sure that you will fall in love with the chicken broth here, so freaking clear and fresh with herbs and cilantro. .

Quán này mở từ lâu lắm rồi, mình ăn từ lúc còn xập xệ kia, nhưng mà hương vị thì vẫn nguyên vẹn như ngày đầu. Ở đây có 2 món là: Xôi gà và Bún gà (Bún gà trộn chứ không phải bún măng gà đâu nhé). Mình đoán là xôi ở đây được nấu cùng với nước luộc gà nữa nên xôi rất dẻo, ăn vào có cảm giác tan trên đầu lưỡi ấy. Chú chủ quán có chia sẻ gà ở đây đều là gà ta nên thịt hơi dai hơn, nhưng đặc biệt cũng rất chắc, chứ không bị bở như ở những nơi khác mình từng ăn. Lúc ăn các bạn nhớ bỏ thêm tương ớt vào nhé, tương ớt ở đây là một trong những thứ gây nghiện đấy. Cuối cùng thì với mức giá 25K, hơi đắt hơn những chỗ khác nhưng được phục vụ thêm một bát nước dùng gà cực kì ngọt và thanh thì quá xứng đáng. Mình tin là các bạn cũng sẽ thích chỗ này như mình 😄
