My overall physique is not great, head is comparatively large and legs are comparatively short. Having said that, my goal is surely not to obtain the greatest physique (and to be honest, that is not possible too as different people have different perspective on what amounts to a great physique). My goal is simple, that is to inspire and motivate others via the sweat equity I have applied for my physical and mental transformation. It is not about impressing others but positively influencing others. I am blessed to have so many great things in my life and will keep improving and learning to be a better me.🤗

在我們人生裏很多時候你都會擔心說應該怎麼做才可以，一直擔心結果你就不敢做了。
