My first time on a trainer and I did an FTP test. Omg my legssss..!!!!! I really like the Wahoo KICKR tho.
I intended to wake up at 430am to do this indoor bike sesh first before meeting the @rockrunnerssg for an unofficial run, but at 430am I woke up feeling like a truck ran me over, so I went back to sleep for a few more hours. Really needed that sleep after the crazy-ass weekend!
