Well, baby still doesn’t want to come out and one of the ways to naturally induce is to DANCE - Maybe I should join in another Mommy flash mob dance routine! Hahaha.
啊呀～ baby還是不想出來跟大家見面啊！不過聽說一個自然催生的方法是跳舞！也許我應該再安排一次孕媽咪熱舞快閃活動！哈哈！

It was so much fun to join this group of fun-loving, energetic moms for our flash mob at the Taipei Main Station a few weeks ago. It takes a lot to coordinate so many moms to come together (some even came all the way up from Kaohsiung!) so thank you to everybody that participated (21 moms. 21 babies :):))
跟著這些愛玩、有活力的媽咪們在台北車站熱舞快閃真的很high！要安排這樣的快閃真的不簡單但是沒有想到有這麼多準媽咪們願意跟著我完成這個 #跟Janet一起瘋好孕 夢想。 還有人特別從高雄上來跟我們跳舞耶！謝謝所有的準媽咪跟寶寶們跟我一起（加在一起，我們總共42位喔！）

If you are lucky enough to have a smooth pregnancy and get the OK from the doctors, don’t be afraid to go out there and live a normal life! Walk, exercise, and yes, even dance! You actually will feel quite good about yourself and the time goes by much faster. I even think that my body is better prepared to deal with some of the uncomfortable parts of pregnancy (back ache, sore waist, morning sickness, etc…) if you can try and stay active and do what makes you happy.
如果你是一位幸運的孕婦而且孕期基本上沒有什麼問題，再加上醫生也都說妳跟寶寶都是健康的話，真的不要怕繼續正常的生活！ 走路、 運動，甚至⋯⋯去跳舞吧！去釋放吧！去解放自己吧！也許妳的身體會感覺滿舒服或是放鬆的喔，而且，時間也真的過的比較快（樂）！ 我覺得也許平常因為有持續的動，所以我比較有力氣去面對懷孕過程比較不舒服的地方（腰酸背痛、骨盆鬆掉、 疲勞、孕吐等）。 所以我還是非常鼓勵孕媽咪們還有孕媽咪們身邊的家人⋯⋯我們應該做會讓我們開心的事。就像這些勇敢參與熱舞快閃、展露美美肚子在公共場合開心地跳舞，大家都好自信、好美、好開心！不過我也不是說每一位孕媽咪都要趕快去學嘻哈舞蹈啦哈！我想說的是～妳可以自己選擇妳想要的孕婦生活！

💕「愛台灣，我的選擇」系列第六發：美國在台協會高雄分處處長歐雨修的台灣青春歲月💕

「1994當年我即將畢業於德州大學，那時候德州大學每年都會提供獎學金給學生到師大學習中文，而我很幸運的申請到了！其實我曾考慮去日本念書，但最後決定來台灣繼續學習文言文。現在回想起來很好玩，因為當時我只離開過美國一次，而且我也不知道台灣會是什麼樣子，所以來台灣後我整個很驚喜。1994年的台灣和現在有些不同，但也有些事物保持原樣，比方說：台灣人還是超級親切、食物依然非常美味，雖然那時台北還沒有捷運，但台北的公共交通已經很便利了，台灣真的很讚！1998年我以美國在台協會實習生的身分回到台灣，2006年到2010年間，我回到台灣學台語，接著在美國在台協會經濟組工作；2017年我以美國在台協會高雄分處處長的身分再度回到台灣，我跟你說台灣真的是日新月異，進步神速！我常常開玩笑說，美國中西部人和台灣人是世界上最友善的人，不過台灣南部人好像又更友善更親切，而且我覺得南部的食物又更好吃（恩，我知道有人會不同意啦）。」

💕Why I Chose Taiwan #6 💕

"I was graduating from college in 1994 and every year my school, the University of Texas, had a fellowship to study Chinese at 師大 (National Taiwan Normal University, NTNU). That year I applied for it and I got it. I also had the option of going to Japan, but I decided that I wanted to come to Taiwan to keep studying classical Chinese at 師大. It’s funny, thinking back, at that time I had only been outside of the U.S. once before, and I had no preconceived idea of what Taiwan would be like. So obviously, I was very pleasantly surprised. This was 1994, so Taiwan was a little bit different than it is now, but some things are the same: The people were super nice, the food was excellent, and public transportation in Taipei was convenient, although they didn’t have the MRT quite yet. It was a great place to be. Then I came back as an intern at AIT in 1998, and then I was here from 2006-10, studying Taiwanese and then working at AIT in the economic section. I’ve been back again since 2017 as the Principal Officer of our AIT branch in Kaohsiung, and I can tell you Taiwan just keeps getting better and better. I always joke that the nicest people in the world are mid-Westerners and Taiwanese people, and I believe that here in the south, they somehow manage to be even nicer, even friendlier. March 15 - Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said, in a Q+A interview on Sunday, that officials were looking at tailored criteria for events that may need to be cancelled, such as whether people would be in close proximity to one another.
“We're going to follow, pretty closely, the Taiwanese model. They worked up a framework for mass gatherings that's been quite successful,” she said.

March 12 - "It’s quite remarkable that they’re just 81 miles from mainland China and whereas coronavirus in mainland China has been spiralling out of control...That’s incredible,” Health minister Luke Brown said. Taiwan is not a part of the World Health Assembly as it is not recognised as being an independent country under the One-China policy. Browne said the ambassador has mentioned some of the measures that Taiwan has taken, some of which he believes will work in the Vincentian context while others may not.

March 5 - Former French health and foreign minister Philippe Douste-Blazy said, "Ce qui est très intéressant en regardant les différents pays, c’est la centralisation ou la non-centralisation des décisions. Et on s’aperçoit que par exemple Taiwan est probablement le pays où il y a le moins de létalité et le pays le moins touché alors que c’est extrêmement près de la Chine. Le résultat est absolument invraisemblable. C’est une magnifique gestion de crise." (What is quite interesting with different countries, is centralization vs non-centralization of decisions. And one realizes that, for example, Taiwan is probably the country where the mortality rate is the lowest and the least affected country despite its extreme proximity to China. 3/16 ─ 義大利前外交部長德爾其：「台灣可能是第一個向WHO報告新冠病毒人傳人的國家，而且早在中國和WHO承認之前。顯然地，台灣因為北京施壓，被排除在世衛組織之外已有兩年之久。」
March 16 - Former foreign minister, Giulio Terzi: "Taiwan potrebber esser stato primo Paese a comunicare alla OMS che coronavirus COVID19 si stava trasmettendo da uomo a uomo.Molto prima che Cina e OMS lo ammettessero. Ovviamente, per volere Pechino, Taipei subisce esclusione da OMS da due anni." (Taiwan may have been the first country to report to WHO that coronavirus COVID19 was spreading from amongst humans, long before China and WHO admitted it. Obviously, at the behest of Beijing, Taipei has been excluded from WHO for two years.)

March 18 - The former head of the Dutch central bank stated that with its 24 million strong population and 3 million annual tourists from China, Taiwan has unrolled effective key measures to curb the spread of the epidemic.

March 18 - The leaders of the 50PLUS party and the Forum for Democracy, Henk Krol and Thierry Beaudet, stated that Taiwan has provided a successful model. Independent Dutch MP Wybren van Haga stated that Taiwan has been testing on a large scale and enforcing home quarantines, successful measures in curbing the epidemic and asked why the Netherlands wasn't learning from their example.

DSPS 成立於 2014 台北的秋天，由曾稔文、莊子恆、江珈臻組成的樂團，初期以木吉他作為主要配置，在後期加入了電吉他徐子權讓現場演出有了不同的樣貌。
男女和聲與木吉他一層一層堆疊出情緒，複雜的鼓點與穩重的貝斯互相配合填滿了低頻，像午夜的船靜靜的航行在海上，享受寧靜、等待黎明。

“The ordinary feelings of life and insignificant thoughts grows stronger and huger because of the impact of sounds.
Then all the accumulations turn into the poem of real life.”

DSPS was formed in autumn, 2014 from Taipei and originally by acoustic guitarist 曾稔文, drummer 莊子恆 and bassist 江珈臻.
At first, the acoustic guitar is the main element of this band. Electric guitarist 徐子權 joined DSPS shortly after. DSPS starts to round out the current line-up.
Choruses between the male and female members with these two acoustic and electric guitar sounds gradually stack up the emotions, while the complex drum patterns and steady low frequence from bass both back them up.
The actual image of their combination is like a midnight-sailing boat which enjoys the serenity, waits for the dawn and is softly drifting on the ocean.

「平凡な生活の小さな感触、ささやかな考えが声とぶつかり合う中で次第に壮大になり、積み重なってできた生活の詩。」

DSPSは2014年秋の台北にて、曾稔文、莊子恆、江珈臻によって結成された。活動初期はアコースティックギターを主要なパートとしたが、後にエレキギターの徐子權の加入によってライブではまた違った感覚が生まれた。
男女のコーラスとアコースティックギターによって一層一層重なっていく感情、複雑なドラムと落ち着きのあるベースが合わさって満たされていく低音、まるで静かに海の上を行く、静けさを感じながら、夜明けを待っている船のよう。
