My 3 year old boy Muhammad is going through the tantrum phase like never before... and I'm doing my best to calm him & make him feel better. Some days he calms down when I hug him other times he continues to kick and scream. Like him, I have my days too where I'm a little less patient and kind. It's these moments that make me question if I’m a good mom, I feel like I'm not giving and doing all I can to avoid these tantrums and moods. Having seen the video from @MameeMonsterBiskidz acknowledging imperfect moms, it really got me thinking. Normally what you see on social media is the picture perfect version of reality. Those pictures sometimes makes me feel like I'm not doing all I can to "be" like those moms. But being a good mom is a lot more than taking great pictures. In the end i love my children and they love me and that's what really matters. Virtual hugs to all the moms out there who are doing their best...
