Freedom is when you have complete control of mind and body, and #bepresent 100%. Today I had the privilege to teach a #handstand class at #OmFestHK to dozens, if not hundreds of people. It was scorching hot in #hongkong but we all did our best and stayed true of ourselves. Whether you can do handstand or not in the end, it doesn't matter - as long as you keep practicing and be #conscious of your action.
A big thank you to @mrmikobantigue and @marsha_h for putting this together. It was a truly magical moment. Thank you @guleta for being my TA, doing all the doing dirty work while I did all the talking ;)
