A high sugar intake is linked to increased appetite and weight gain. Eating more protein and fat has been shown to have the opposite effect, reducing appetite and cravings.

【亲子版营养牛油饼干】
材料:
☘️ 无盐牛油 Unsalted Butter 120g
☘️ 糖粉 Icing sugar 50g
☘️ 玉米粉 Corn flour 6g
☘️ 全麦粉 Wholemeal flour 24g
☘️ 奶粉Milk powder 18g
☘️ 低筋面粉 Cake flour 150g
☘️ 南瓜籽/ 葵花籽 Pumpkin seed and sunflower seed 共40g
做法:
🍪 牛油取出,放室温一小时。预热烤箱160c。
🍪 先烤南瓜籽和葵花籽8分钟,以增加口感和风味。
🍪 牛油和糖粉混合,但不要过度搅拌,以免出油,影响烘焙效果。
🍪 加入所有其他材料,混合成面团就可以了。 捏成小丸状。
🍪 160c 烤箱,烤20-22 分钟。
小叮咛:
❤️ 南瓜籽和葵花籽可以用坚果和果干取代,分量相同。
❤️ 小孩习惯的奶粉都可以。
❤️ 马铃薯粉可以取代玉米粉,份量相同,使成品口感会更细更滑。
❤️ 可以用等量细黄糖或砂糖取代糖粉,只是口感可能略粗。
这款饼干,营养很丰富,也富含高纤维,做法超简单,非常适合初学者哦!
【 Nutritious High Fiber Butter Cookies 】
Methods:
🍪 Preheat oven to 160c. Use room temperature butter.
🍪 Bake pumpkin and sunflower seeds for 8 mins, 160c.
🍪 Mix butter and icing sugar, dont over stir to avoid oil separation.
🍪 Add in all other ingredients, mix to form a dough. Separate into cubes.
🍪 Bake for around 20-22mins, 160c.
Reminder:
❤️ You may replace seeds with equal amount of nuts or dried fruit.
❤️ Any milk powder is fine.
❤️ Potato starch can replace corn starch, same amount. The texture will be smoother by adding starch.
❤️ Icing sugar can be replaced by equal amount of fine brown sugar. The texture maybe a bit coarse.

These cookies are not too sweet just like scones. Chocolate coating makes them sweet enough and absolutely wonderful!!!

Chocolate Covered Sesame Seed Cookies
Difficulty: EASY
Time: 30min
Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients:
50g (1.8oz.) toasted black sesame seeds
50g (1.8oz.) honey
100g (3.5oz.) butter *room temperature
1 egg *room temperature
150g (5.3oz.) cake flour *I think all purpose flour is ok
1/2 tsp. baking powder
100g (3.5oz.) milk chocolate
Directions:
1. Strain toasted black sesame seeds through a sieve to coarsely grind them. You can use a mortar and pestle, or a blender of course.
2. Cream the butter in a bowl with a wire whisk. Add coarsely ground sesame seeds, honey, and egg (in order) and mix well.
3. Sift in flour and baking powder, then mix well.
4. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F). Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make 2 small oval shapes with the dough and attach them together to make a heart shape. In this way, you don't need a heart-shaped cookie cutter :)
5. Bake at 180C (350F) for about 12 minutes. Place them on a wire rack to cool.
6. Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate. Cool in the fridge to set.
You can add more sugar or honey to make them sweeter to your liking!
You can also put a piece of chocolate in the middle :)

About a month ago, I started making my own soy milk, again. And there comes the by-product – Soy Pulp. Seemingly plain, soy pulp is actually very nutritious with its high protein and fiber content. However, its texture is rough compared with regular flour, so it do not taste good without proper seasoning.
A few years ago, I've made wholewheat pancake by using soy pulp. But sometimes I'm too busy to deal with it, I give them to my father, who use it as a fertilizer in planting. Recently I become a cookie monster again, and I got times to figure out how to use them, again: making cookies!
約一個月前,我又開始自己打豆漿了,也就有了豆漿的「副產品」— 豆渣。豆渣是很營養的東西,只是它直接吃口感太粗、加上沒調也就不太好吃。幾年前我有分享過全麥豆渣鬆餅,但有時忙時沒辦法處理豆渣,我就會拿給爸爸去當肥料。現在一次煮的豆渣量不會太多,在空閒時開始思考能將他們做成什麼。剛好這一陣子我又成了餅乾怪獸(一直吃餅乾),所以也就想到可以把豆渣做成餅乾,也就有了照片中的這 全素豆渣燕麥餅乾。
