【越南飲食記 ~ 胡志明巿】
肥豆丁媽上次去越南隨旅行團出發，團餐食物一般，回來後告訴我們越南的東西不好吃。這次農曆年的探親自助遊，肥丁負責安排伙食，多少有點壓力，肥丁很喜歡越南菜，所以行程做足功課，餐廳預先做好資料搜集，熊貓先生幫忙訂位，一家五口品嚐了很多地道美食，盡興而歸，值得和大家分享，附越南點菜攻略

2019越南🇻🇳胡志明市馬拉松賽，順利完成✅
雖然過程不盡完美，但台灣精品與南天樂跑陳教練，盡最大努力爭取權益，再次感謝大家支持！
台灣精品已經連續六年贊助胡志明市馬拉松賽，因為為賽事主要贊助單位，每年卻都沒有台灣人上台領獎，去年十月透過南天樂跑禮聘台灣優秀跑者 陳威廷、鄭瑞竹、洪一仁、張嘉哲 等人參賽，最終在拿下Runner組馬拉松第一、第三、第四，及半程馬拉松第二。
此次賽會分組為Elite Runner、Runner ，台灣選手被歸類為Runner，所以並未拿到傳說中的48403700的高額獎金，而大會一直強調我們是台灣精品贊助來的免費名額無法給獎金（秩序冊有寫免費名額不提供獎金），但台灣選手名額是有付報名費報名參賽的名額。所以，在台灣精品與大會在長達30分鐘的周旋下，原Runner第一位獎金80078100，縮減為4000000頒發。而後，感謝南天樂跑陳教練（算是我輩師公級教練）私下代表南天頒發加菜金慰勞四位選手以資鼓勵，倍感溫馨！
賽會中雖然有些小插曲，彷彿回到15年前年輕時的台灣路跑賽，雖未上演1995年曾文水庫 關原順 事件，但也可以用有過之而無不及來形容人車未分流的壯烈戰況。
賽後建議：
1、天氣如台灣夏季，多補水。
2、小心賽道車輛。
3、注意空氣品質。
4、背清楚賽道，別指望工作人員會清楚賽道路線。
未來希望在國外的台商，可以在台長期培養長跑運動員，每年都用聘請傭兵方式並非長久之計，選手實力也無法穩定發展與表現，在國外看見台灣人站上頒獎台皆大歡喜，小資本大回饋何樂不為呢？
