哎！不称赞自己不行，第一次做素卤肉饭，就这么的超级好吃！
全家吃到赞不绝口，而我也还沉浸在自我感觉非常良好的状态里。
真该去做烹饪节目！哈哈！
应大家要求，做法一一送上。🤗
猴头菇切碎，腌酱油，糖，盐，麻油，热锅加油，炒香猴头菇（很香很香但不要焦掉的程度），然后加切小片的黑木耳炒，加黑酱油（甜甜浓浓黑黑的黑酱油），然后加入蔬菜浓汤和煮好的水煮蛋慢煲40分钟左右就成！
口味应个人要求调整调味料份量。

I found this thick sweet potato glass looking noodles and I feel like trying it out. I love glass noodles, the chewiness and texture are so easy and light to eat.
Ingredients for 8 servings :
. 2 packs of Korean Sweet Potato Noodles (I found in Lazada)
. shreded long beans
. shreded carrots
. shreded cabbage
. chopped one whole garlic
. chopped one whole onions
. 1/2kg minced chicken
. 3 to 4 big spoons of Tom Yam paste (any brand)
. 2 spoons of soya sauce
. 2 spoons oyster sauce
. white pepper
Garnishing :
. cut coriander
. cut spring onions
. sliced red chili
. fried onions
Trust me, you will love this noodles!
They are as see thru as my tulle top and Lala's dress. So sexy and romantic!
