Video - Having Tea Break with Bella
We brought sandwiches and sausages for Bella at school . It’s good to see Bella adapt very well . She truly enjoys her Chinese school making lots of friends . We packed Bella “s food since it’s difficult to get Halal food . But that’s not a problem . At least we get to monitor the food that she eats . The last thing we want is to find her buying junk food from school . We give her RM1 a day for her expenditure teaching her to save money and put them into her savings ....
Great to be here during these precious moments .... 😀

“We’re heading to a main settlement in Kutapalong. This is my first trip in Bangladesh as an ambassador for UNHCR.”

Kutupalong camp, Bangladesh is the largest in the world, and over half of the refugees are children. Many fled horrors and traveled for days by foot to get here and they miss home.

Miyavi’s music gave them a break from reality. Some children MIYAVI met arrived just five days before. They’re now receiving safety, shelter, and a space to play and they have made a BIG impact on MIYAVI

“We are going through the camp. We had another great time with children at the school. I was really impressed at the way they are teaching kids. I was really amazed. And I was really happy to be able to play that song with the kids. I will never forget that moment and that song.”

Auntie Lilly just has to share this favourite stall of mine - Porridge Stall at OUG Jalan Hujan Emas 4, right in front of MJ Optical. This uncle has been in business for many decades selling his ware - simple & delicious porridge for only RM 3 per bowl or per pack. 😍😍

Probably the CHEAPEST PORRIDGE in town (I dun think you can find anywhere else in KL/PJ )... Choose from the Crispy Intestine & Innards Porridge, Chicken Porridge, Fish Porridge or a mixture of everything at only RM 3 only! 😋😋

The business has been slow for poor old Uncle due to the CMCO as he told me that all his regulars customers have stopped coming by for takeaways. 😟😟

During these trying times, I hope that this post of mine would be able to spread the existence of such old-school classic stalls which without our continuous support would cease to exist. 🙏🙏
