This tutorial I am showing you how to use the Glitch Logo / Title Preset effect for Adobe Premiere Pro which does not need any external Plugins to work, nor need to go into After Effects. Please do follow the video instructions as this is not your normal preset effects and needs several steps to make this effect possible. And a great thing is that I am releasing the preset for free.
