「危險系女神」温嵐9月26日推出全新個人專輯《愛上自己》，首波主打「放閃」MV曝光後引爆話題，温嵐雌雄同體的性感帥樣讓她改頭換面，第二波主打「沒事」將於10月7日全球曝光，在「沒事」MV中温嵐再度挑戰極限，穿上性感內衣與男舞者跳雙人舞，高難度姿勢讓她在拍攝現場連連掛彩，最後還冷水淋浴凍得直發抖，讓温嵐直呼：「雖然歌名叫『沒事』，但這MV真的很有事。」
「沒事」MV再度找來名導比爾賈操刀，以一鏡到底的概念，將情侶間熱戀、吵架的兩個時空交錯呈現，場景全在臥房、客廳及浴室中進行，温嵐與男舞者詮釋的情侶檔，就在這小小的空間中呈現苦練多時的雙人舞。
而MV的舞蹈，請到台灣新銳舞蹈老師Sam，跟温嵐一起編舞，温嵐透露：「專輯中『放閃』的舞蹈找大鈞，『沒事』的舞蹈找Sam，都是台灣很厲害的老師，也表示台灣也能編出很厲害很吸引人的舞蹈，我們一邊編舞一邊編排，想用肢體說故事。」兩人精心打造的雙人舞，讓温嵐與男舞者從床上就有肢體互動，再跳到客廳、浴室，除了有近身三貼的撩人舞姿，也有不少高難度姿勢，包括男舞者將温嵐一把抱起、將她騰空繞往背後旋轉落地，以及温嵐正面趴地、舞者抓住她的手如陀螺般旋轉等。
只穿內衣跳舞的温嵐，除了得忍耐攝影棚的冷氣吹襲，薄透的布料等於毫無防護，拍了多次正面趴地旋轉的舞姿後，腰際跟腳踝當場被磨破皮，騰空旋轉時也因為落地不慎扭傷右腳，還有一次因為距離沒量好，雙腳當場撞上道具書櫃，嚇得立刻停工冰敷，但休息沒多久，溫嵐就輕描淡寫一句：「沒事」立刻上陣繼續拍攝。
為了能有一鏡到底的氣氛及情緒，整首歌的舞蹈都在比爾賈的要求下從頭跳到尾，從彩排到結束整整拍了六小時，穿著性感內衣的温嵐及只穿內褲的男舞者也得從床上起身、男生穿褲子、跳舞無數次，温嵐笑說：「男舞者這輩子穿脫牛仔褲的次數加起來應該都沒有今天多。」
當雙人舞蹈部分拍完後，累到快虛脫的温嵐還有更大考驗--淋浴戲，由於片場只有冷水，温嵐得在凌晨兩點咬牙拍攝，浴室內除了她，只能擠進兩名男性攝影師，一開始温嵐還猛開玩笑：「淋浴還有兩個男生拿機器對我猛拍，也太害羞了。」試圖化解緊張情緒，到冷水一淋立刻凍得嘴唇發紫，所幸温嵐展現演技，女神出浴的畫面沒多久就大功告成，但她身上的性感內衣已經全濕，當場曲線畢露。
温嵐透露：「雖然看起來穿得很性感，但防護措施水不漏，除了上身穿上肉色緊身衣，還穿了三條安全褲，緊緊地貼上膠帶，完全不擔心走光，很放心地把自己交給導演。」
第二波主打「沒事」，由知名女作家大A填詞，温嵐表示：「這首歌在描述感情的拉扯跟掙扎，女生在面對感情時，常會強裝笑臉說沒事，但其實心裡很有事，MV根本就是在演我以前的自己，但經過成長跟歷練後，女生要更懂得愛上自己、保護自己。」
而「沒事」短版MV，5日於電視媒體搶先曝光，完整版MV將於10月7日在太陽娛樂文化台灣官方YouTube播出，敬請密切鎖定温嵐挑戰超高難度舞蹈、演技也讓人動容的全新主打「沒事」。

活到24歲終於進到所謂的 gay bar
打著久久到一次台北朋友邀約終於開了眼界
只能說在台北夜生活真的要花一筆錢
門票500元加上
由於晚上凌晨只有計程車所以錶一直跳著
Gstar位在地下室
所以在入口處就會看到幾位人士在互相聊天
一進去檢查身分證就被蓋了章，
之後繳交了500元入場費並拿著票卷到櫃台換杯酒，
一進去最先感受到的是光線的變化，
暗暗的但光線顏色隨時在轉換，
由於那天去是Gstar五周年所以人多到一個極致，
中間是舞池當下看到那畫面很像一群錦鯉在爭食的感覺，
人與人彼此互相貼近跟著台上的舞者左右搖擺或是跳動。
往二樓走有置物櫃和廁所，
廁所其實沒有想像中恐怖，
私以為會看到有的沒有的畫面。
二樓中也有擺放椅子和桌子讓客人可以坐著喝酒抽菸互相聊天，
但幾忽是坐滿的再往前走會看到有些客人趴在欄杆上看著一樓舞池的畫面，
喝完半杯酒就把酒倒給朋友了，
因為我真的不會喝酒。
簡單來說這間夜店分為四區，
第一區是舞池區通常都是一些妹妹或弟弟和曖昧中的情侶在這區，
之後在朋友慫恿下我有試著擠進去這區，
強烈感受到這區溫度異常的高而且由於太貼近偶爾會跟人的肌膚互相接觸，
但隨著音樂跟著擺動和跳上跳下真的讓人覺得整個人抽空，
彷彿只有心臟跟著音樂跳動。
第二區是舞台區，
這區通常是對跳舞比較有表現欲，
能跟著DJ播放的KPOP或是天后級歌曲把專業的舞步表現出來，
甚至當天我還看到百川(跳斷開鎖鏈舞Wacking很強的那位男生)，
還有一位皮膚黝黑很像宥勝身材特好而且笑容超陽光的短髮男孩，
他對於泰國電音舞曲整個很驢火純青，
真的很想知道他是誰。
第三區是舞池外包廂區，
這區通常是朋友跟朋友想來夜店聊天喝酒坐著聽音樂的地區，
有一些年紀比較成熟可口的圈內大叔哥哥大部分是坐在這區。
第四區我把他形容為獵豔區，
也就是2樓的柵欄部分，
可以趴在上面環顧GSTAR一樓和二樓，
看著自己喜歡的帥哥或者是舞池的一些精彩畫面，
例如當天就看到一對情侶親了起來並且下半身有點在磨蹭，
甚至手還去抓對方的奶頭，
之後他們就消失了，想也知道他們應該去了哪裡。
這是我第一次進夜店的心得分享，
去過一次之後對我來說其實是不會想去第二次，
畢竟對菸味和酒精真的很厭惡，
但這次的經驗讓我真的有大開眼界，
直到一覺起來真的彷彿一場夢般，
原來這就是台北的夜生活。
