Happy Father's Day!

我這不孝女持續地待在德國無法幫恬爸慶祝父親節,恬爸是個非常雞婆？或貼心的新好老男人😆😆高中時期每天載我去搭捷運,重點是每天的早餐都是不一樣的！每天的午晚餐也是會削水果給家人吃(曾經還切開番茄加梅子進去),有次我自己去買最愛的大蘋果時,一問水果攤老闆才發現這一顆要快100台幣！恬爸真的都買最頂級的水果給我吃啊 😭😭😭

現在恬恬人在國外後,也是經常關注德國的新聞跟我分享,每次講電話也都一再叮嚀我不要大小姐脾氣欺負Fabian,或是告訴我要跟F的家人好好的相處,希望有天恬爸跟F爸能見面,兩人都滿搞笑的應該會擦出不少火花哈哈哈😂

Leider kann ich nicht den Vatertag mit meiner Familie in Taiwan feiern. Mein Vater ist sehr rücksichtsvoll. Als ich in der Highschool war, hat er mich jeden Tag zum Bahnhof mitgebracht. Er hat auch jeden Tag ein anderes Frühstück für mich gekauft. Ich hoffe, dass er einmal Fabians Vater treffen kann. Sie sind beide sehr lustig und nett.

My dad is very considerate. He used to bring me to the metro everyday when I was in high school. He always prepared different breakfast for me every day to bring to school. Everyday after lunch and dinner he also prepares fruits for us to eat as desserts. One day I went to buy my favorite big apple myself. I found out that this kind of big apple costed a lot! I'm quite touched that my dad always gives me the best thing he can do. I hope one day my dad can meet Fabian's dad. They both are very funny and friendly!

本週在台北陸續拜訪了幾家店，Season 敦南旗鑑店（SEASON Cuisine Pâtissiartism）是讓我非常驚喜的一家，有點懊惱自己為什麼之前沒有早點來。

我試了主廚Season Hung為夏天特地設計的純水果刨冰。將新鮮水果急凍後打成冰沙，再搭配其他如白乳酪蛋糕、蜂蜜冰淇淋、芒果脆片、貓舌頭薄餅（langue de chat）等元素，便成了層次豐富、有許多驚喜變化的甜品，冰涼的口感較一般蛋糕更適合炎熱的夏季。

Season敦南旗艦店的空間寬敞怡人，服務人員貼心、風度翩翩，自信親切但一點都不讓人感到有壓力，真的非常適合與好友一起度過悠閒的午後。我訂了「感官花園」蛋糕，現在很期待週六的父親節晚餐餐後甜點 ❤️

During my short stay in Taipei this week, I've been trying to make a little efforts discovering cafés and pastry shops that I haven't been. I've been interested in visiting SEASON Cuisine Pâtissiartism for quite a long while and finally got the chance to try it out this time.

My friend and I tried two fruit ice desserts the chef Season Hung proposed for the summer, one made of red fruits and the other Japanese grapes. Fresh fruits are frozen and then blended into fine ice cubes and powder then matched with various components such as fromage blanc (French fresh cheese), honey ice cream, mango chips, langue de chat biscuit, etc. Different textures have brought wonderful surprises to the desserts. Fresh fruit ice also suits the current season perfectly.

The shop owns a pretty lovely space where you could fully relax. Their serve is very warm-hearted. The waiter and waitress all take a very good care of your needs but never make you feel pressured. I had a really wonderful time there and would like to recommend to everyone if you are looking for a right place to enjoy your tea time. I ordered their "Garden of Senses" cake to celebrate Father's Day. Now I'm really looking forward to it!

Taiwanese celebrates Father's Day on August 8th, because 8/8 sounds like "papa", meaning "dad" in mandarin 🙂
Sending these diabetic-friendly Greek yogurt barks virtually to my dad! People often think that diabetic patients can't have desserts, but it is not completely true! You just have to choose smartly, and eat mindfully. Mix Greek yogurt with homemade sugar-free jam, and pistachios, and freeze it. Once frozen, break it into chunks just like chocolate bark, but healthier! P.s. It's low carb 😉
Only takes 10 mins to prep, and send into the freezer, hence perfect for last minute plan!
