Journal Kelahiran Yusuf Iskandar: Pagi Jumaat yang tenang, dua hari sebelum due date, macam pagi-pagi yang lain, bangun terus ke dapur nak buat Milo. Tiba-tiba, tengah berdiri kacau air tu, terasa macam sengal period pain. Peliknya dah 9 bulan tak rasa period pain. Omg inikah hari yang dinanti? Inikah namanya mild contractions? bisik hati kecilku, teruja. Luaran masih tenang pastu saja nak surprise suami, sambil lalu cakap dekat dia "Ayang keluarkan bag hospital letak tepi pintu, I rasa beranak today". Wah begitu yakin.

Dia dah sangat terkejut / gelabah / nervous. Banyak sangat soalan dia tanya. Dia nak terus berkejaran ke hospital macam yang selalu tengok kat tv bila isteri dah nak beranak. hiểu về thành phần chính của nó thì sẽ thấy nó hay nè- linh hồn của dòng này là tinh chất rau má nha, (tên rau má tiếng anh là centella). Có mặt xuyên suốt 1 quy trình luôn
VD: thành phần của centella trong dầu tẩy trang là 1%, sữa rửa mặt là 33%, toner 84%, ampoule 100%, soothing cream 72%, kem chống nắng, 29.4%.
-> Hãng không cho cồn, không vớ vẩn dầu thơm, hương liệu, paraben mà chỉ để một mình centella tỏa sáng thui.

I enjoy my food without guilt and yet I am able to maintain my weight.
The key is to eat frequently to burn more fat instead of starving yourself and going on diets.
I eat every 3 - 4 hours, small portions, fresh food, non processed and lots of variety.
Love your food and still lose weight!
