那天在 190 Café House 珈琲烘焙屋 測試完，都覺得需要有強壯的臂力並且適合咖啡師們在夏天穿無袖背心使用，展現肌肉的線條，一種咖啡機結合健身器材的潮流概念 😂( 以下進入正文 ）

粉量建議落在 15-18g ，製作 Double Espresso 萃取約 60ml 的咖啡液，有附分流器，所以也可以做成兩杯 30ml 的Single Espresso。

將咖啡豆磨到適合製作濃縮的粗細後，填入沖煮手把並填壓，扣上咖啡機 (此時把手是下壓的)，注入熱水後，再抬起把手，下壓三分之一，預浸約5秒左右，再往下壓到底，即可以完成一杯濃縮咖啡。

ROK 其實還蠻有趣的，濃縮壓出來的風味表現及油脂都不錯，當上手後，找到手感及加壓的力道，會更好。

對於居家/辦公室/戶外活動，使用來說，已經綽綽有餘。再搭配附贈的奶泡棒，拿鐵也不是問題。唯一比較可惜的是看不到壓力錶。
