大胃王挑戰內容有：兩份三隻小豬漢堡🐷、一盤起司辣椒醬薯條30分鐘內完食免費，成功的話店家會送免費T恤。失敗的話要付35$美金。
Crave Real Burgers located in：9344 Dorchester St, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
The Challenge contains： We serve the Challenger, one person only, 2 loaded 3 Little Pigs Burgers with green chili cheese fries (Big Bad Wolf) or 2 loaded Cubano burgers and green chili cheese fries (el Lobo Feroz). The challenge is the challenge and no modifications are allowed. You will be seated with no bags, purses, jackets around you. If you cheat, you lose. Play fair!
Then we set the timer to 30 minutes. The Wolf Challenger Huffs and Puffs and attempts to wolf down everything on the plate, in 30 minutes, without any restroom breaks. If you barf, you lose. And you will be provided cleaning supplies and you agree to clean it up because we ain’t gonna! If you go outside or to the restroom, you lose. The same rule follows for 5 minutes after completing the challenge.
If the Wolf Challenger conquers the 3 Little Pigs (Big Bad Wolf) and fries or the 3 Cubanos (el Lobo Feroz) and fries, the meal is free, his/her photo is proudly displayed on our Wall of Winners on the Crave Real Burgers website, www.craverealburgers.com and he/she gets a free Challenger T-shirt!! If the Challenger should fail the price is $35.00 and a photo on the Wall of Losers on the Crave Real Burgers website, www.craverealburgers.com. The participant agrees to allow Crave Real Burgers to use the photo in social media.
Participant is limited to one successful challenge per year which covers all Crave Real Burgers locations.

豬肩肉1公斤 - 1kg of pork shoulder
橙汁500毫升 - 500ml of orange juice
蒜頭7個 - 7 cloves of garlic
青檸汁2個 - 2 lime
辣椒碎1湯匙 - 1tbsp of chili flakes
牛至1湯匙 - 1tbsp of oregano
孜然粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of ground cumin
橄欖油2湯匙 - 2tbsp of olive oil
三文治/For the sandwich:
熱狗包 - hotdog bun
蛋黃醬 - mayonnaise
芥末 - mustard
火腿肉 - cooked ham
烤豬肉 - roast pork
酸瓜 - dill pickles
牛油 - butter

史詩般的一集，只因為我想還原電影《五星主廚快餐車》裡，那個迷死人的古巴三明治。
花了16小時復刻香草烤豬，累死我，但成品愛到發瘋！真的超讚超好吃！
我們參考了導演分享的原廠劇組食譜，翻譯成中文附在下方，把美式計量（杯）改成 ml 和 g，讓想做看看的人可以參考（我有微調一小部分）

古巴三明治
香草 mojo 烤豬
法國麵包
軟奶油 適量
火腿片
起司片
酸黃瓜 切片
無籽芥末醬
作法
1.麵包對半切後，切面抹上奶油，用中小火煎至表面金黃上色。
2.火腿和豬肉用中火把表面煎香，一片麵包擺上火腿、肉片、起司片、酸黃瓜片。
*後來覺得肉跟起司可以放大方點！
3.另一片麵包抹上芥末，麵包蓋起來，在表面和底部都抹上奶油。
4.將三明治夾入烤麵包機中，壓烤至整體金黃上色。
*建議壓2-3分鐘
古巴風香烤豬肩肉
豬肩肉 1.5kg，我們用了梅花
鹽滷汁（Brine）
柳橙汁 480ml
水 480ml
米醋 60ml
香料蘭姆酒 60ml
鹽 50g
糖 25g
蒜頭碎 100g
新鮮百里香 1大匙
新鮮迷迭香 1大匙
新鮮奧樂岡 1大匙
新鮮鼠尾草 1大匙
黑胡椒 1/2大匙
月桂葉 1.5片
Mojo 醬汁（Mojo Marinade）
橄欖油 80ml
香菜 1大把
薄荷葉 2大匙
柳橙汁 60ml
萊姆汁 60ml
蒜頭 4顆，切碎
柳橙皮 3/4大匙
新鮮奧勒岡 1小匙
孜然（cumin）1/2小匙
黑胡椒 1/3小匙
海鹽 1/3小匙
作法
1. 鹽滷汁材料混合，冷藏醃漬12個小時。
2.Mojo 醬汁材料放入食物調理機中打泥。
3.鹽滷好的豬肉取出，用餐巾紙拍乾，抹上 mojo 醬汁靜置2個小時。
4.放入預熱好的烤箱，以攝氏180度烤約1小時又45分鐘，直到表面上色、中心達到76℃的溫度（粉紅色desu）。
*30分鐘時打開烤箱，把醬汁淋上去
*60分鐘時取出翻面，繼續烤
5.取出後靜置10分鐘到30分鐘，切片備用。
