每年11月的第四個星期四是美國的感恩節,感恩節這天是親朋好友相聚共享傳統美食,對生活中美好事物表達感謝的重要節日。
美國感恩節的經典菜色以北美當地原生食物為主,包括火雞、蔓越莓醬與馬鈴薯泥,AIT也準備了一些有趣的馬鈴薯小常識來跟台灣朋友們分享這項傳統!
✅ 一顆中型的馬鈴薯不含脂肪與膽固醇,且只有約100卡路里,它可以提供一天所需維生素C的百分之45,且它的鉀含量還比香蕉高喔!
✅馬鈴薯是美國銷售量最高的蔬果,第二名是蕃茄(根本就是薯條與番茄醬的組合啊!)
✅台灣是美國馬鈴薯外銷的第三大市場,去年美國就出口了一千七百萬產值的馬鈴薯到台灣。
✅愛德華州是美國最大的馬鈴薯生產地,每年可產出160億磅的馬鈴薯。
✅馬鈴薯於西元前五百年,由南美洲的印加民族開始栽種。
✅馬鈴薯於西元1621年傳入美國,由當時英國殖民地百慕達的首長贈給維吉尼亞州州長。

Celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November, Thanksgiving in the United States is a time to gather with family and friends, share a traditional meal and express gratitude for the good things in life.
Thanksgiving revolves around foods native to the Americas: turkey, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes! AIT has prepared some fun facts about potatoes to introduce this Thanksgiving tradition with Taiwan friends!
✅A medium potato has no fat, no cholesterol, and only about 100 calories. It also provides 45% of your daily recommended Vitamin C! Potatoes also have more potassium than bananas.
✅Potatoes are the number one consumed vegetable in the United States – followed by tomatoes. (Best match: Fries and ketchup!)
✅Taiwan is the #3 market for U.S. fresh potatoes. 2019 exports were valued at $17 million USD.
✅Idaho produces the most U.S. potatoes – almost 16 billion lbs per year.
✅Potatoes were probably domesticated around 500 B.C. by the Incas in South America.
✅Potatoes arrived in what is now the United States in 1621 when Nathaniel Butler, the Governor of Bermuda, sent potatoes to the governor of Virginia, Francis Wyatt.

前陣子剛好月事來+熬夜(去跨年)
加上剛來的幾天都用衛生棉悶著,有些癢癢的
就開始覺得妹妹又要作祟了
想說睡飽點就會自然好了~就趕快洗洗睡
沒想到反倒越來越癢,而且分泌物特別多
突然流出來的時候,還以為是大姨媽沒走乾淨
嚇一個立馬借了個綿綿衝去廁所看😑
所以不愛看醫生又抗拒坐上冰冷婦科椅的我
只好跟朋友要了幾包蔓越莓來吃吃
結果!居然超級有效的噎😆
那種時不時撓你一下癢的fu不見了
分泌物也不像剛開始那樣狂流
當然我還是有搭配多喝水、一直小解
大概兩三天就好了~好的速度滿快的
我覺得應該很多人跟我一樣
私密妹妹平常都算滿健康的
就是偶爾會突然~欸!有點小狀況這樣
所以有感覺,就立刻吞兩顆!萬事OK!
我滿推薦放一盒備著,當普拿疼用(?)🤣
我現在都快忘記妹妹發炎是什麼感覺了(驕傲)

前一陣子因為假期待在家,又做了不少餅乾,加上聚餐吃的大餐,發現自己真的肥了...(然後發現肥都是先肥腿、瘦都是先瘦胸部,還真的不公平...Orz)
但因為還是很容易嘴饞,也想玩烘焙,於是就做了這個健康的 堅果燕麥棒,有大量堅果提供營養,堅果是好的脂肪,吃了也讓人較無罪惡感,又可以解嘴饞~:9
Due to lack of exercise and big meals in the past few weeks, I found that I was getting some extra fat on my thigh. (oh no...)
However, my sweet tooth cannot be changed overnight, and I still like baking and making desserts/snacks as well, so I decide to make a snack that is oil-free, no extra sugar, healthy, and guilt-less─ my granola bar.

適用六吋的活動蛋糕烤模
麵糰材料 Dough
鮮奶 milk 66g
水 water 70g
高筋麵粉 bread flour 200g
砂糖 sugar 20g
鹽巴 salt 2g
奶油 butter 20g
酵母 instant yeast 2g
蔓越莓乳酪內餡 Filling
奶油乳酪 cream cheese 80g
細砂糖 fine sugar 15g
蔓越莓果醬 cranberry jam 15g
蔓越莓乾 dried cranberry 適量
--------
蔓越莓果醬 cranberry jam
蔓越莓乾 dried cranberry 25g
水 water 40g
砂糖 sugar 20g
簡易蔓越莓果醬作法
1. 蔓越莓乾, 水一起放入果汁機 打成蔓越莓汁
2. 放入鍋子 加入砂糖 煮到稍微濃稠即可
**會有剩餘是正常的
1.放入麵包機 啟動『麵包麵糰』模式(已經包含揉麵+一次發酵60分鐘)
(請自行選擇相對應行程,行程總長約1-1.5小時左右)
2.取出麵團,分割成四等份,排氣滾圓,休息10分鐘
3.桿成15*20cm長方形,塗上15-20g不等的蔓越莓乳酪,撒上適量蔓越莓。蓋起來之後,翻過來畫出6-7條紋路,翻過來之後捲起來,再繞圈放入烤模
4.於溫度35度左右室溫 發酵50分鐘。塗上蛋液
5.烤箱預熱200度.預熱完成烘烤18-20分鐘就完成了!
7.出爐後可以灑上適量蔓越莓碎碎!
