今夜はどこか懐かしい大都会のラーメン屋台『幸っちゃん』にお邪魔し、いよいよそのラーメンを実食します！ロイドごはんで以前も取り上げたこちらは、虎ノ門駅近くにある屋台です。東京メトロ銀座線「虎ノ門駅」下車、A1出口を出たあたりに出していることが多いそう。大抵は平日の20時半くらいから25時半くらいまでは虎ノ門、その後は銀座まで移動し朝方まで営業されていることが多いそうです！店主の方がご高齢であること、また都市開発のため屋台がどんどん減ってきているということで、機会あればこのお店の様子を動画に残しておきたい…そんな想いで撮影させてもらいました。長年の経験から、限られたスペースでも手慣れた様子でラーメンを作り上げる様子はまさに職人技でした！ゆっくりお話を伺いながらラーメンの出来上がるのを待つのも屋台の醍醐味。。さあ貴重な屋台動画、実食の様子をお届けします！
Tonight's ROIDGOHAN ... I've been bothered by the nostalgic big-town ramen stall "Sacchan"! ROIDGOHAN has been featured twice before. It is a shop in the very middle of the big city of Toranomon. Get off at Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Toranomon Station and exit A1. Because there are stalls, there are times when you do not come depending on the weather conditions etc., but usually it is open here from around 20:30 to around 25:30 on weekdays, and it seems to be moved to Ginza and then opened until morning! The shopkeepers are older, and the number of food stalls is decreasing due to the holding and development of the Olympic Games, so I would like to keep a video of the situation of this store every opportunity It's up to you! The appearance of making profeccionaly and ramen with a feeling familiar as ever was just craftsmanship! It's also the best way to wait for the ramen to finish while listening to the his story . . Well then, we will deliver valuable “stall food” videos, from cooking to eating at once! Enjoy my videos!!

今回は千葉県千葉市にある『杉田家千葉店』にお邪魔しました！こちらは言わずと知れた横浜の家系総本山「吉村家」創始者であり、現代のラーメン業界最後のレジェンドである吉村実が開店を直接許した数少ない直系店の一つです。また、店主が新杉田にある「杉田家」店主の津村さんの実息であることでも有名です！今回は遅い時間に伺い、店主自らが店に立つその調理場面を撮影させて頂くことができました！朝早くの活気に負けないくらい常に店内は満席、活気と緊張感すら漂う雰囲気は変わらず。そのスピリットを受け継ぐ技、パンチとキレのあるスープ、直系にしか許されない酒井製麺の特注麺、そして豚骨スープ作りや平ザルによる麺上げなど吉村家で培われた華麗な職人技によって目の前で手際よくラーメンが作られていきます。店員の方の気合い、お客さんへのサービス精神も半端ありません！その白熱の模様を収めた貴重な動画となっておりますので、ぜひご覧下さい！
＊Iekei-ramen, is a style of ramen with fatty pork-soy-sauce flavored soup with thick flat noodles. The affiliated ramen houses originating from Yoshimura-ya Ramen in Yokohama! The famous and legendary ramen shop because of the perfect originaly ramen, made from pork born and soy sauce, until then no one made.
This is one of the few direct stores that Yoshimura Minoru, the last legend of the modern ramen industry, has directly allowed to open. The store owner is also famous for his son! This time, we visited at a later time and were able to shoot the cooking scene where the owner himself was standing in the store! The shop is always full so that you can't lose the vigor of the early morning, and the atmosphere of liveliness and tension remains unchanged. Skills inherited from the spirit, brilliant soup with punch and sharpness, custom-made noodles of Sakai noodles that are only allowed for direct line, and splendid craftsmanship cultivated by the Yoshimura family such as making pork bone soup and noodles with flat colander The noodles will be made neatly in front.
