"Anak encik/puan ada minum air teh atau kopi?"
Antara jawapan-jawapan yang biasa dengar:
"Ha ah..ya..ada doktor..(panggilan doktor ni memang selalu dapat walaupun saya bukan seorang doktor..hehe)..anak saya memang suka minum teh O..cicah biskut..setiap pagi dan petang..
Atau..
"Saya tak bagi anak saya minum teh dengan kopi ni puan, tapi tu lah..nenek dia ni ada bagi, nenek die jaga dia kan masa saya kerja..emm..susah la saya nak tegur..serba salah..."
Atau..
"Saya pernah tanya anak saya, memang dekat taska ada buat teh O bagi pada dorang..."

Di Melaka, umumnya di Malaysia..trend kanak-kanak mengalami masalah kekurangan zat makanan terutama sekali BANTUT semakin meningkat. Sama-sama kita bantu cegah bermula dari SEKARANG! #AnakMalaysiaTinggi
*Kekurangan Zat Makanan (KZM) berlaku apabila terjadinya satu atau lebih masalah-masalah seperti di bawah:
-Berat-Untuk-Umur: Kurang Berat Badan atau Kurang Berat Badan Teruk.
-Tinggi-Untuk-Umur: Bantut atau Bantut Teruk.
-BMI-Untuk-Umur: Susut atau Susut Teruk.

顔より大きいどら焼き(生どら)を作ってみました。
基本弱火ですが、これは生地具合にもよります。
弱火→余熱→弱火で確認しながら調整して焼きました。

Batter is easily burnt, therefore bake at low heat.
Sprinkle with sesame before the batter into the pan, flavor of sesame will be the accent.
Also delicious in "pumpkin paste and cream" or "green tea cream and chestnut".
材料( 1個分/直径約20cmのフライパン )
卵(3個)
小麦粉(150g)
砂糖(110g)
ハチミツ(25g)
重層(7g)
水(20ml)
ゆであずき(400g)
生クリーム(200ml)
・作り方の流れ
1.ゆであずきをフライパンで煮詰めて水分をとばします。
2.別の容器に移して冷ましておきます。
3.ボウルで卵と砂糖を泡立てないように混ぜる。
4.ハチミツを加えて混ぜる。
5.小麦粉と重層を加えて混ぜる。
6.水を加えて混ぜる。
7.ラップをして約1時間やすませる。
8.生クリームを泡立てる。
9.2を加えながら砂糖で甘さを調整する。
10.フライパンに油を塗る。
11.7の半分を高めの位置から流し入れる。
12.蓋をして弱火で約5分焼く。
13.2枚焼いたら少し冷ます。
14.1枚に9を塗り、もう1枚をかぶせる。
15.ラップで包みながら整形する。
16.約20分落ち着かせたら、完成。
Ingredients(One mega dorayaki/Frying pan about 20cm in diameter)
3 egg
150g flour
110g sugar
25g honey
7g baking soda
20ml water
400g boiled adzuki(red) bean
200ml fresh cream
1.Evaporate the moisture by boiling adzuki beans boiled in a pan.
2.Transferred to another container of it, keep cool.
3.Mix eggs and sugar so that it does not lather in bowl.
4.Add honey and mix it.
5.Add wheat flour and baking soda and mix it.
6.Add water and mix it.
7.To rest for about 1 hour to wrap.
8.Beat fresh cream.

10.Apply oil to the skillet.
11.Drip half quantity of No.7 to a frying pan from the high position.
12.Bake about 5 minutes over low heat with a lid.
13.Bake one another in the same way. Cool slightly.
14.Spread bean paste between two pancakes.
15.Wrap with plastic wrap while shaping.
16.After about 30 minutes to calm, complete.
