Nên tập tạ nặng hay tạ nhẹ, nhiều rep hay ít rep là câu hỏi luôn được nhiều người nghĩ đến khi đi tập gym. Hôm nay mình sẽ giúp mọi người giải đáp câu hỏi này và cho mọi người thấy cách mà mình sử dụng nó để có một buổi tập ngực thật hiệu quả.
