Successfully made this low-carb pizza today after a total disaster last time. This time I used almond flour and cauliflower rice to make the crust and added beef, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes for toppings. Even though the crust is not crispy at all compared to a general crust, it tastes good to me. Most of all, it is healthy.
前幾天做「低碳pizza」大失敗,今天再度鼓起勇氣嘗試,用「杏仁粉+花椰米+雞蛋+黑胡椒+海鹽」做披薩餅皮(健康高纖),最後加入義大利番茄醬、牛肉、番茄、馬札瑞拉起司,結果還不錯!
這樣的餅皮跟一般披薩比口感真的較不 crispy,食材都算健康,身體也較無負擔!
誰說披薩一定是「垃圾食物」呢?:)
