分厚いパンケーキが食べたくなって
作ってみました。
ちょっとカフェ風でいい感じです。
牛乳パックで型を作りますが
ひとつのパックから二つ分の型がとれます。
材料もシンプルなので
是非作ってみてください。
材料
卵黄 1個分
砂糖 20g
牛乳 60cc
プレーンヨーグルト 20g
溶かしバター 10g
★薄力粉 50g
★強力粉 25g
★ベーキングパウダー 5g
卵白 1個分
その他 コーンスターチひとつまみ
①卵黄と砂糖をよく混ぜる
そこへ牛乳、ヨーグルト、溶かしバターを加え
白くもったりするまで混ぜる
②★の粉類をすべてふるって、①に加えて混ぜる
③卵白を泡立ててメレンゲを作る
（コーンスターチをひとつまみ加えて混ぜる）
④②卵黄生地に3回に分けてメレンゲを加えて
混ぜる
⑤温めておいたフライパンを一旦、濡れ布巾などで
粗熱をとってから、型をおき、生地を流す
⑥ふたをして、極々弱火で焦がさないように15分くらいかけて
ゆっくりと火を通す
⑦表面に穴が開き、手で触れて乾いているようなら
一旦火からおろし型をはずして、裏返し
裏面を数分程度焼き、出来上がり。
お好みでバターやメープルシロップを添えてどうぞ。
ポイントは火加減！！
とにかく弱火で焼きましょう。
