Not gonna lie, I thought my recovery from my c-section birth was tough. I always envisioned that having a successful VBAC meant an easier recovery but boy I was wrong. From my own experience, this is way tougher and I'm starting to realise I may have had it easier first time round!!! We survived our first night home and despite the fatigue, I'm feeling so much love!! My boys made my morning much better today when I walked into the bedroom to see them calming a crying Lala together. Isaac really does have a special touch with his baby sister. When he pats her chest and shushes, she really does stop. He even let her borrow his favourite companion Pengy. I have a new found respect for photographers who specialise in newborn photography. Here's me thinking it's going to be easy. She just kept wiggling about and refusing to fall asleep. When I was finally able to nurse her to sleep, she would soil her diapers repeatedly 😳 Managed to get a handful of shots before giving up. Will try again tomorrow. I've been seeing all these 'DRAW MY LIFE' videos around Youtube and I thought, this looks like friggin fun! So here is my take on it! My life story in drawings.
Making this video brought back so many memories. Precious memories that I had forgotten. Smile, laugh, cringe and cry with me =)
I thought this video will just be a laugh to make but in the end- it got kind of emotional for me. I hope from this video, maybe you can know a little bit more about me. I wasn't always a confident happy girl. I understood how it felt to be 'rejected' from the World. I'm saying "I understand". I'm also saying "Hang in there because I promise you, as long as you stay true to yourself. It gets better."
It's in my prayers that you will all realize you are capable of greatness! I know it's hard to believe this but I love you guys so much.
Ps. I apologise if you were expecting magnificent art lol!!!! Who doesn't like doing quick scribbles eh?

It's that time of the year again where we all want to get fit for the warmer season. Today, I'm going to share 10 easy but effective ways to help you shed those extra pounds.
I'm pleasantly surprised people are already noticing my weight loss. A lot of you have been requesting me to share how I'm shedding my pounds so the video will pretty much reveal everything I'm doing. You would be surprised how the little changes in your lifestyle could make that much of a difference.
I can understand healthy eating can be tricky when you've got a busy lifestyle. Perhaps you've got yourself in a habit where you're used to eating out constantly. Processed foods just seem to be the convenient choice.
How many of you complain about your body constantly yet you snack on numerous amounts of unhealthy fatty sugary foods?
I've gotten myself into a habit of taking time to prepare my meals in advance. Instead of always feeling sluggish and bloated, I feel great!!!
My friend Cassey (Blogilates) tells me that your body is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 10% genetics. What you consume into your body plays a MASSIVE role to how you look and feel.
Exercise is very important too. Not just to tone the body but also for a healthy heart and mind.

This is a very different type of video. I recently took up painting again and some of you requested a Speed Painting video so here it is. Sit back, enjoy the music and paint with little Bubz.
This is my 3rd painting lesson with Tim Gagnon. He is a fellow Youtuber and amazing artist. I found him a week ago and have been OBSESSED with his painting techniques. His passion inspires me so much and I'm learning so much from him right now.

I know a lot of you guys are aspiring artists out there and I know Tim would teach amazing things to you all like I did.
For 2012, I decided to take up painting for one of my resolutions. I loved painting as a child. I was obsessed with art because I can go anywhere through my drawings. It freed me because it allowed me to escape from the busy World.
As I get older, I really realize that the simplest things make me happiest. Sometimes, I feel like the World moves too fast for me. Almost 8 years after High School, I plucked up courage to paint again. Painting somehow slows down time for me because it allows me to be 100% focused on the painting.

for my painting story. I hope it also inspires you guys to go back to your passions. I know we can become occupied with life but really, this has given me back lots of meaning in my life again. I don't think people realize how short life really is so do all the things you want to do that inspires you while you can. Make the most out of it.
I'm still learning from Tim right now (You guys should see his original painting of the one I did lol, it's like...breathtaking!!!). It will be a while for me to be as skillful (or if not, half as skillful) as he is. But one day, I would love to give away one of my paintings to you guys as a gesture. If I ever hit 1 million subscribers- that would be such a special thing to do.
Some of you mentioned I can auction a painting and put the money to charity. That's a great idea but it makes me nervous. It'll be a fun and good cause and I'll work hard practicing for that day.
