6 rounds of treadmill sessions, ranging from approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Interval sprints (maximum speed 12.5 mph / 20kph)
- Inclined runs
- Long distance steady running
6 rounds of core workout
- Leg raises
- Crunches
- Walking/Side Planks
- Weighted Sit ups
- Russian Twists
- Bicycle Crunch
Alternating between the two - treadmill, core work, until the end of the class
