例如搬家之後我丟掉大部分的東西，只剩下幾乎極簡到必用的東西，才發現大部分我以為的物質沒有那麼重要，而我還是一樣的吸引人。
例如最近我發現吃進肚子裡的食物應該經過有意識的審核。
例如我發現你沒有足夠的精力分享給所有踏進你生命的人，你只能把注意力給重要的人。
