這種在越南中部會比較流行的，中文叫廣南麵（越南語：Mì Quảng /Mỳ Quảng)。特色是米粉鋪在蔬菜之上，再加入肉類和少量的湯，再加上花生和芝麻米紙（bánh tráng mè），為其特色。米粉的黃色來自薑黃。
坐落於街頭附近，卻是我印象最深刻的越南美食，比後來在餐廳，在酒店吃的吃的都好太多，價錢也最貼地。
