- แป้งข้าวเจ้า 1/4 ถ้วยตวง
- แป้งข้าวเหนียว 1/4 ถ้วยตวง
- แป้งสาลี(อเนกประสงค์) 1/4 ถ้วยตวง
- แป้งท้าว-ท้าวยายม่อม 1/8 ถ้วยตวง
- เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา
- พริกไทย 2 ช้อนชา
- น้ำ 250 ml.
- หอยแมลงภู่ 500 กรัม
- ถั่วงอก 300 กรัม
- ต้นหอม 50 กรัม
- ไข่ 4-5 ฟอง
- น้ำปลา,พริกไทย

卻一定一掃而空!
這個蔥油餅

而我再一次次改良出來的
這樣做出來的蔥油餅
厚度可以到一公分
外面酥脆
內裏層次分明
麵軟且香Q
雖然厚但絕對不死硬
若不吃五辛的話
裡面也可改放香椿
味道也非常好喔!
做起來有點難度
算是進階版的麵食
但是多練習常做
就會越做越好吃
我的配方裡是
100克的中筋麵粉配70克的冷水
400克的中筋麵粉配280克的冷水可以做兩張餅

- 500 g All purpose Flour/Tepung terigu Pro sedang
-2 sdt /5 gram bread Improver jika ada.
Tidak pakai jg tidak apa2.
- 2,5 sdt Ragi Roti (Saya pakai Saf instans)
- 125 g Kenthang matang,lembutkan dengan garpu,
(jika direbus kenthangnya setelah air dibuang pancinya tetep taruh di atas api sambil digoyang goyang jadi kentangnya tidak berair,)
- 1 telur,(75g) Suhu ruang ,bukan telur dr kulkas.
- 25 gula pasir.
-50 g butter/mentega.potong potong
-250Ml susu cair tawar (saya pakai 225 ml saja),Hangat.
-1sdt garam.(1 tsp salt )
