帶著抱恙的身驅,再次來到了今年必食的 Ritz Carlton Macau 麗軒 。位處樓高51層,看著氹仔夜景,食著的是彪師傅的創意。今天最賞心悅目的是鮮茄清湯灌湯餃,師傅用有別於一般的蕃茄清湯代替上湯,配上有菇絲、肉絲、蟹肉和鮮茄灌湯餃,多麼的平衡,多麼的清膩。大愛也~

Returned to Lai Heen, Ritz-Carlton Macau, one of the must-go restaurants of this year with this sick and weak body. After this delightful and pleasant dinner, I felt much better and energetic than before. :D Dining on 51/F of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, looking at the beautiful view of Galaxy Macau, all I enjoyed was the creativity of Chef Bill. The pleasant steamed pork dumpling in tomato consomme has brought us refreshing taste and presented perfectly the balance of the soup and the dumpling filled with mushroom, meat, crab meat and tomatoes. My favorite of the night.
(Besides, the Imperial fried rice with braised thorn sea cucumber, abalone, conpoy, matsutake mushroom and sakura shrimp has paired perfectly with aged Pu-Erh Raw. )
