Life updates :
1. Been working out even gyms are closed. Back to old-school home workout that I did quite a lot when I was a student. Reminds me of how my body could move and function naturally.

2. Started to instruct some Virtual Live Interactive fitness classes. Free stuffs online are plenty and what value the trainer would be the instructions and motivations. I believe everybody needs live instructions during workout to enhance their experience.

3. Have faith when life is tough but also prepared for the worst. Don’t lose everything you trained up in the gym and keep working on it at home would make you feel a lot better
.
4. I am so glad to have friends and your huge support during the darkest time in life. It isn’t easy and I am still working on it. One step at a time and I am not walking alone.
