When a pair of oxen is yoked together, the younger ox just follows what the lead ox does and in this way, learns what it needs to do. Likewise, all you have to do is to follow God’s leading and flow with Him.
God will not lay anything heavy on you. Ask Him to come into your career, family and relationships. You will find Him leading you to do the right thing at the right time, prospering all that you put your hands to.

Ingredients:
Serves 40 (assuming about 1 piece per person)
2kg pork belly
3 cubes of fermented bean curd
1 tablespoon of five spice powder
0.5 tablespoon of salt (normal)
2 tablespoons of rice wine
0.5 tablespoon of baking powder (not baking soda)
1 tablespoon of coarse sea salt
1 to 2 tablespoon of white vinegar
A few dashes of white pepper
Temperatures used
180C for 1 hr (middle rack)
240C for 20 mins
Remove from oven and then brush oil on skin. We used peanut oil. Please do not use olive oil as it has Low smoking point unless if you’re using very high quality olive oil
Back in the oven at 240C for 20 mins (top rack)
Note:
Please pay attention when it’s roasting in the oven during the last segment of 20 mins. If your pork skin starts to brown too much, you wanna reduce the temperature. No worries if they are a little charred. You can use a butter knife to scrap the charred bits out.

Roland can always achieve extremely crispy and light roasted pork with this recipe. This is our second crispy pork belly video following the first one we did almost 1 year ago. Only this time round, to make it simple, Roland omitted the use of fermented beancurd because some of you cannot get hold of it.

450g of pork belly
Five spice marinade - see below
0.5 teaspoon of baking soda
3.5 teaspoons of coarse sea salt
Some cooking oil
Five Spice Marinade

4 tablespoons of Chinese white rice wine
2 teaspoons of salt
1.5 teaspoons of five spice powder
A few dashes of white pepper
Bake at 180C for 25 mins
Followed by 200C for 8 mins
