早上起來不要想說反正就在家睡衣就不換下來了

不然這一天會好像過的很廢很虛擲光陰
我個人覺得「儀式感」更重要！
把每一件很小的事情放大做
（雖然在疫情前我就是這樣的人🤣）
這樣自己一個人在家才不無聊
我媽媽本身也是這樣
她的工作是保母所以其實每天都在家
以前他帶的小孩的父母會問她說：
「路媽媽 你每天都在家為什麼還要化妝穿洋裝弄拿模美幹嘛」
我媽媽回答他們說：
「雖然每天在家但是如果今天把自己打扮漂亮，看到鏡子的自己也會開心，小朋友看到漂亮的路媽咪也會開心呀！」
因此我媽在台中素有「大雅之花 」的稱號可不是浪得虛名
