即將升上三年級的Q姐，這個年度在學校課業的表現依舊很不錯，不管是英文、數學還是自然，她都非常享受學習，是個求知慾強、有自信心的女孩。
由於英國小學的功課很少，基本上每週才一次作業，所以孩子們有更多時間進行額外的才藝活動。Q姐課後不但留校參加街舞、戲劇、科學實驗等社團，每週也都有上鋼琴家教。
而這個月，鋼琴老師幫Q姐報名了皇家音樂檢定的二級考試，最後Q姐以138分的成績通過了（滿分150）。說真的，從她五歲半學琴至今，中間我不止一度想說乾脆就不要學了（因為她練琴很被動、我陪練又容易火氣上來）。但是近幾個月她突然愛上彈琴，每天都會自己打開鋼琴彈個好幾回，最後的檢定成績也是讓我跌破眼鏡（原本以為就低空飛過這樣）
所以，學琴這條路，我們決定一直陪她走下去，之後搬新家，也打算幫她買台傳統鋼琴（現在是用電鋼琴）。一旦買了傳統鋼琴，真的就要多彈才划算啊 🤣（至少媽媽我可以彈）
總之，幸好我跟DDC對於孩子讀書或學才藝的想法都很一致，「快樂學習」才是最重要的，尤其對於自我要求高的Q姐，真的是不能逼也逼不得。希望她可以這樣無憂無慮無壓力、快快樂樂地長大。
PS1. 英國的鋼琴檢定是走ABRSM皇家音樂檢定，而台灣似乎是考YAMAHA居多？想當年我小時候也是考YAMAHA到6級，後來因為升學而停止，現在想想有點可惜呢。
