因為想拍Play Yoyo Everywhere 香港篇，近日真的去了不少「秘景」。見父親節晚餐去開東涌（我覺得 金子半之助 香港好好吃，所以帶兩老去），吃飯前帶他們去飛機維修區睇飛機加日落。
對老人家來說，這個景點都比較易去，大家不妨帶家人去 #和陽光玩遊戲

於東涌港鐡站乘搭S52號巴士，於尾站機場維修站下車往回走5-10分鐘。

我唔算係一個嚴格嘅媽媽，但我唔會畀Bat Bat食糖！哈佛大學最新研究都有講，孕婦或幼童進食添加糖嘅食品或飲品，可影響幼兒嘅認知能力、智能發展、肌肉活動能力及記憶力；而進食生果，則可促進智商及認知能力發展。
不過，雖然我唔畀Bat Bat食糖，都唔代表要減少佢嘅樂趣，最近我都有畀佢食BEAR嘅生果零食，呢隻嚟自英國嘅Baby Snack，12個月以上BB就可以食，成份只有蔬果，唔只無添加糖，仲係No Added Nonsense 所有古怪人工化學嘢都無添加！幼童孕媽都可以放心食用。Bat Bat 好鍾意食佢整成一個個唔同款動物腳印仔嘅BEAR PAWS 同BEAR CLAWS，細細片，一邊拎嚟食仲訓練到手眼協調，真係好有益㗎。
大個啲嘅幼童，可是食一卷卷長條裝嘅BEAR YOYOs，成份都係一樣㗎。如果要形容BEAR嘅味道，係有啲似山楂餅，不過當然山楂餅加咗大量白砂糖製成，千祈唔好畀BB食，要食就食BEAR啦。
