【世界愛滋病日 為自己作出最好的選擇】
適逢今天是世界愛滋病日，爵爵&貓叔 與 Hong Kong AIDS Foundation 香港愛滋病基金會 告訴大家，只要愛滋病病毒感染者保持健康及高度地依從服藥指示，便可以抑制病毒複製，而其病毒載量亦可達至無法檢測的水平（<200copies/ml），與普通人一樣能享有高質素的生活，甚至比亂吃東西又不做運動的人還長壽！
有關世界愛滋病日
始於1988年，世界愛滋病日於每年12月1日舉行，藉以聯繫全球人類共抗愛滋病病毒的活動，展示對愛滋病病毒感染者的支持，以及悼念因愛滋病而逝世的人。
有關香港愛滋病基金會
香港愛滋病基金會於1991年成立，是一個非政府社會服務機構。基金會的宗旨是遏止愛滋病病毒在本港蔓延。一直以來，基金會積極推行愛滋病預防教育、為受愛滋病病毒感染或影響的人士提供所需服務，以及竭力締造一個和諧、共融和彼此接納的社會環境。更多有關我們的工作資訊，可瀏覽以下網址www.aids.org.hk。

【AIDS prevention promotion chatroom】
AIDS isn’t scary, what’s scary is misunderstanding and discrimination, let’s hear what the expert has to say.
Every first of December is “International AIDS Day”, it’s with pleasure to collaborate with “Taipei City Hospital KPCC”, let’s remove the misunderstanding and label of AIDS.

AIDS isn't that scary at all nowadays.If caught early and controlled with medication, it can be pretty safe and manageable these days!
Important to note though that it's still important to get regular tests if you or your partner is having sex with different partners, because early detection and treatment is key!
And if you're more frequently potentially exposed to the virus, consider going on Prep to keep yourself safe.
HIV/AIDS is no longer a death sentence, but that doesn't mean the AIDS pandemic is over either! End the stigma, but keep the appropriate precautions. 💪

不一樣部落喺當晚銅鑼灣時代廣場進行猜猜誰是HIV+ - Free Hug 活動
其實感染愛滋病病毒(HIV+)不是沒有將來，因為只要及早接受適當藥物治療，生活與一般人沒有太大分別。
愛滋病病毒亦都唔會透過日常生活接觸而傳染。
對抗恐懼，擊退無知。
