カプセル型チョコレートを作るシリコン製のキットです。
100円ショップ、セリアで買いました。
明治製菓の5種類の板チョコレート
（ミルク、ブラック、ホワイト、
リッチストロベリー、リッチ抹茶）を使って
カプセルチョコを作り、
その中に明治製菓の『デコアソート』を入れてみました。
途中でチョコに混ぜ込んでる白い粉は、
cuoca（クオカ）から発売されている
『テンパリングの素』です。
私のようなテンパリングがとっても苦手な人の救世主。
コレを混ぜ込むとブルームが出にくくなります。
キレイにつくれました。
It is a kit which makes capsule type chocolate.
I bought it in a 100-yen shop "Seria".
The capsule chocolate is made using five kinds of chocolates.
The chocolate is milk, black, a white, a rich strawberry, and rich macha by Meiji.
I put "Deco Assort" in the chocolate.
"Deco Assort" is cute!
It is "tempering powder" that I am mixing the chocolate.
The Savior of a person very poor at tempering like me.
It will become difficult to come out of bloom if this is mixed.

- White Day (3/14) is a day where men (and sometimes women) give gifts to people who gave them chocolates on Valentine's Day. Today I made cheesecake and a chocolate cup cake for Rachel.

We pictured a slice of sponge cake with a fork in its side and thought it would make a lovely cake pop. The recipe is simple, but cute and delicious if made with care. You can also wrap each one individually to give them as a gift.
*Recipe*
1. Bring 100g butter to room temperature and whisk.
2. Add 80g granulated sugar and mix.
3. Beat 2 eggs and add in several portions, mixing each time.
4. Sift in 100g hotcake mix and 40g cocoa powder.
5. Lightly mix with a rubber spatula.
6. Pour into 2 (12cm) round pans. The center will rise when baked, so make a dent in the middle of the batter.
7. Bake for 20 minutes in oven heated to 170 degrees C.
8. Test the doneness by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cakes are done.
9. Carefully flip the pans and take out the cakes while still warm.
10. Wrap the cakes to keep from drying out, and let cool.
From here, the instructions are for one cake.
11. Cut the cake into 2 layers (each 14mm thick). Using a deep plate will help you cut evenly.
12. Spread 45g melted white chocolate between the slices. I also sandwiched freeze-dried strawberries.
13. Prepare 90g white chocolate for coating. Slowly melt over a water bath (around 50 degrees C).
14. Coat 12 with 13.
15. Add your favorite decorations before the chocolate hardens. I used red sprinkles and black and green chocolates to give it a strawberry look. You can also use pink jelly beans.
16. Chill in refrigerator.
17. Cut into pieces and insert small forks. I used plastic forks sold at Don Quijote. You can also use wooden forks sold at 100 yen shops.
“フォークがショートケーキに横から刺さっている”という絵面を想像したらかわいくて作ってみたくなったという動画です。簡単なレシピですが、丁寧にに作れば、かわいくて、おいしいこと間違いなしです。１つずつラッピングしてプレゼントにしてもいいですね。
*レシピ*
１．室温に戻しておいた、無塩バター 100gを泡立て器で混ぜる。
２．グラニュー糖 80gを入れ混ぜる。
３．溶き卵 2個を数回に分けて入れ、その都度 混ぜる。
４．ホットケーキミックス 100gとココアパウダー 40gをふるい入れる。
５．ゴムベラでさっくりと混ぜる。
６．12センチ セルクル型、2個に入れる。焼き上がり中央がふくらむので、思い切って真ん中を凹ませるとよい。
７．170度に予熱したオーブンで20分程焼く。
８．焼き上がりを竹串をさして確認する。何もついてこなければ大丈夫。
９．温かいうちに底が上になるよう、そっとケーキを取り出す。
１０．乾燥しないようにラップなどをかけ冷ます。
ここからは、1個分の分量での説明となります
１１．１０を2枚にスライスする（1枚14ミリほど）。お皿の深さなどを利用して切るとまっすぐに切れて便利です。
１２．溶かしたホワイトチョコレート 45gを１１の間にはさむ。一緒にフリーズドライのいちごをはさみました。
１３．うわがけ用のホワイトチョコレート 90gの準備をする。50度くらいの湯煎にかけ、ゆっくりと溶かす。
１４．１３を１２にかける。
１５．チョコレートが固まらないうちにお好みのデコをする。今回、赤いお菓子に黒と緑のチョコレートを使ってイチゴっぽいものを作ってみました。ピンクのポイフルを使っても かわいいと思います。
１６．冷蔵庫で冷やす。
１７．切り分けミニフォークをさしてできあがり。『ドン・キホーテ』で買ったプラステック製のフォークを使いました。100円ショップなどで売っている、木製のフォークでもかわいいです。
