I had a great time chatting with the folks at the BCG Vietnam office. One of the interesting points that we discussed is the value of learning for the sake of learning. Our time is limited, so we often want to make sure that the things we spend our time learning is immediately applicable to what we're doing.

But the true value is in gaining a broad set of knowledge, that will help us develop a holistic view in future projects. For example, Steve Jobs when he took a typography class, or the founder of Instagram when he took a photography class. They took these classes for the sake of learning, with no knowledge that it would help them many years later found such innovative companies.

Creativity is when you take all your experiences, and then you combine them to create something new. The key here is that creativity starts with prior experiences, with exposure. You need to expose yourself to as many things as possible.

Key lesson: spend your weekends wisely! 💡📚📈🛠️⚗️

我們都總是忙著擁有。今天想要一本書，明天或會想擁有一隻手錶。
生活中，我們習慣將自覺美麗和喜歡的事物留在身邊，少至一件物件，
大至一段關係。擁有過後，額外珍惜的，心裡都不禁渴望這個擁有會是永遠的。

但隨時間一分一秒流逝，變幻原是永恆。人總會變，事物總會褪色，花總會凋落。
我喜歡繪畫，將想記錄的事物都畫下來，一點一線間，我跟它之間的關係變得更為
親密，過程令我更珍惜它曾給予我的意義和回憶。 透過繪畫，我與事物之間，
無疑亦多添了一份情感和重量。

把自己想擁有的都畫下來，它便永遠屬於你了。

Our desires to own never end.

Today, it might be a paperback and tomorrow a waist watch. We were born to like beautiful things, let it be an object or relationship,
we want to keep them. Once we own it, it’s hard for us to let go. And we learn to cherish.

As the clock ticks, we move on, colour fade away and blossom falls.

I like to draw what I love and cherish.To me, this is the best way to keep it in mind.
Drawing has the power to bring back the memories that it has given you.

Every line I drew and every point I dotted, an intimate relationship is formed.
Through drawing, we bonded with this beautiful thing in our lives, putting on
feeling and weight.

If you want something, draw it, and it will be with you forever.

A weird architecture plus typography design like that! I even can’t recognize what is it for at first sight. Could you? I tried to figure out then I finally got it: It’s a motel & the words means Birdman in Chinese. After googled it, I realized that it’s a very unique motel with very special room design. How special it is? You need to try by yourself! I won't tell you more.🌈

So finally got my first ever legal permanent tattoo done ! 4 years after convincing my mother .. She finally said yes ! Hence , guess my birthdate cant be put to numbers as in roman letters there are no zeros , thus I put " TAURUS" .. Hope yall enjoyed this video !
