This method not only helps the restaurant to serve you the grilled meats faster, but also suits people who don't like to see "bloody" meat in their steak.

Excuse me, I'm not a salad eater but it is such a delicious salad with honey dressing 🍯 that is produced locally from Mui Wo. 🤤
It went perfectly with our medium rare 30-day dry-aged bone-in @44farms Texas Porterhouse 🥩.
Another highlight is the S'more dessert that we enjoyed so much.
We finished our dinner with a final round of cocktails concocted by @kay_siu3 at the bar.

For this video, we are back at Monster Curry not for a spice challenge but to do a Massive 4.5KG Monster Curry Rice Platter! Monster Curry is a Japanese-themed restaurant chain that specialises in a demi-glace Japanese Curry served with an assortment of fried meat and seafood like chicken katsu, beef steak and shrimp tempura. You can adjust the spice level from Level 0 to Level 5, represented by the number of red petals on the curry, from which the Level 100 Monster Curry Spice Challenge was born.
For my giant plate, I was served 4.5kg of:
1. A mountain of rice
2. Pork Katsu
3. Chicken Katsu
4. Tori Karaage (Bone Fried Chicken Pieces)
5. Pork Sausages
6. Fried Fish
7. Pork Shabu-Shabu (Thinly-cut Pork Slices)
8. Shrimp Tempura (Battered)
9. Fried Shrimp
10. Beef Steak
11. Two Omelettes
12. Light vegetables
Topped off with a generous amount of Monster Curry’s famous demi-glace sauce, it was a protein heavy meal that I decided to enjoy slowly through Mukbang. The sauce was deep and rich, with a strong savoury flavour paired with a tinge of mild sweetness. It went well with practically everything on the plate. Commendably, the proteins were all decent at a minimum, but the Fried Fish and Katsus stood out for me. They were exemplarily cooked, moist and tender on the inside with a good crisp on the outside. Drowned in the demi-glace curry sauce and with a bit of rice, they were a joy to eat.
With such a reversal of what I have come to expect from Monster Curry Challenges, I had a surprisingly enjoyable Giant Curry Rice Mukbang at a good pace. Monster Curry offers a larger variety than what I had on my plate and they come in large portions, so it is worth a try.

I, Lovely Mimi, was craving bone marrow for like... a month now! So I decided to visit the meat market in the country.
For those of you who don't know what bone marrow is, it is the fatty tissue located in the center of the bones. Usual from cows, lambs, caribou, or moose; the ones I bought are from cows. It is a spongy texture and has a buttery taste, which is why bones make for a good ingredient for soup broths.

Dishes:
(i) Secreto (the best cut of Iberico meat - i.e. between the shoulder blade & the loin) de Cerdo Iberico con Escalivada, served with roasted peppers & miso paste
(ii) Chuleton de Buey
It's Pisco signature of charcoal-grilled bone-in rib steak with sea salt
Personally, she prefers this dish for her wine pairing of this trail 1️⃣ Juicy & fruity = great satisfaction!

Winemaking & ageing
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature around 25 degree
Maceration with skins for approximately 12 days. The wine spends 4 months in American oak casks before rounding off its ageing in the bottle

She loves its young & easy to drink. Very smooth & she enjoyed 2️⃣ glasses
It aims to bring out the best qualities of grapes. With its deep cherry colour suggests a young & vibrant wine
Nose is rich in aromas & pronounced in intensity. On the palate, it's perfumed, soft & fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla & cocoa
