"研究：中國空汙嚴重導致每天4000人死亡"
A new study states that air pollution kills 4,000 people per day in China.

美國研究機構柏克萊地球組織（Berkeley Earth）13日發表報告指出，中國的空氣汙染平均每天造成4000人死亡，佔整體死亡人數的17%!!!!如果根據美國評估空汙的標準，38%中國民眾呼吸的空氣是"不健康的"!作者Robert Rohde和Richard Muller也表示，「空氣污染是當今全球最大的環境災難。」Muller說:上次造訪北京時，空氣汙染已達危險等級，每呼吸1小時就會縮短20分鐘壽命，也如同每個人每小時抽1.5支香菸一樣！

圖片可以看到中國目前沒有一個城市的空氣事件空無污染的(綠色指標代表Good),為何中國空氣污染這麼嚴重最相關的就是因為工業區肆無忌憚地製造環境污染所致,但短期間要改善應該是很困難.....舉例:北京的空氣污染相信大家"肉眼"都看得到,造成此細懸浮微粒被人體吸入的關鍵在於,非從當地製造的污染而形成,而是位於北京西南部約320公里的石家莊或是其他周圍城市的工業區.....

空氣污染每年導致300多萬人死亡，比愛滋病、瘧疾、糖尿病和肺結核還多！！！！真希望各國尤其是大陸及美國能更重視此空氣污染的問題啊～

Among these problems, the worst (in my view) is China’s all fronts-environmental crisis. The Chinese government is working very, very hard to deal with its air, water, land, food-supply, and other sustainability challenges.

On this last front, a study out just now from Berkeley Earth in California, written by Robert Rohde and Richard Muller, deserves attention. It concludes that air pollution in China, familiar to everyone, in fact does more damage than is generally recognized.

How much does pollution cost in China?

The World Bank estimates the total cost of air and water pollution is equivalent to 6% of Chinese GDP each year.

More on China's largest-ever algae bloom...

"Massive algae blooms feed off of high levels of nitrites and phosphates in the water, which typically comes from agricultural waste, industrial pollution, or human sewage from highly populated areas."

This is a big n' ugly green message for China to green up and clean up.

China has a lot to answer for...
