內行看門道時間又來了。為什麼奧運國手吃的滷味不能有 #丁香

今天總統臉書發文，說送給隔離中運動員吃的滷味有特別交代老天祿，沒有添加丁香。總統的幕僚應該是有做功課的。

這是因為滷味中的丁香，含有 #Higenamine (去甲烏藥鹼)

根據台灣運動禁藥管制學會的說明，Higenamine已於 2017 年被世界運動禁藥管制組織(WADA)列入 運動禁藥禁用清單內，是屬於 S3 類 β2 致效劑，無論在賽內還是賽外期間，都被 #禁止使用。

2016 年，法國足球運動員 Mamadou Sakho 在被檢測出尿液中有 Higenamine 時，被 UEFA(歐洲足球總聯賽)暫時禁賽，導致該球員缺席 2016 年歐洲聯賽之決賽。

什麼是 Higenamine?又稱 norcoclaurine，這是一種在多種植物中都含有的物質， 亦見於傳統的中草藥，目前有些宣稱增加能量或減肥產品之營養增補劑中，開始 使用 Higenamine 代替 DMAA(Dimethylamylamine)和麻黃鹼。以下植物可能含 有 Higenamine:

• Aconite 烏頭屬
• Annona squamosa 釋迦
• Nandina domestica 南天
• Tinospora crispa 波葉青牛膽
• Nelumbo nucifera; lotus seeds 蓮子及蓮子心

重要的是，某些營養增補劑於標籤上並未列出其中所含的所有成分。選擇使用營養增補劑的運動員必須自行承擔風險。

至於總統說阜杭豆漿的飯糰沒有加油條，應該是基於營養組成跟熱量的控制啦，畢竟運動員的飲食還是要以高蛋白為主。太油的食物也要擔心引起發炎反應，影響劇烈運動後的肌肉組織修復。
