小孩無論是學習上或日常生活中，不時會遇到困難，這些時候，家長到底應否介入幫忙？這個問題無論坊間或學術界都有不同建議：有時說不要做直升機家長，讓孩子學習自己解決問題，但有時又會說父母無時無刻都應該要給予支持，協助孩子。「媽，我好亂呀」。到底家長怎樣做才可以真正幫助小孩成長？
