今天運動裝扮走的是一種女忍者的風格😂感覺速度很快!
第一次穿壓力褲運動覺得有點驚艷，早上穿著它晨跑，覺得腿變得好輕，真的會忍不住一直想咻咻咻耶! 因為黑色很好配而且看起來很顯瘦，所以跑完就直接乾脆穿著它去上班了，穿著它坐在辦公室一整天也感覺腿比較不浮腫，雖然蠻緊的，但是褲頭不會有把肚子憋住的感覺。下班回家做了全身的肌力運動，深蹲跳躍都非常沒問題!

寶貝們也有跟俺ㄧ樣在台灣找不太到那種真正可以托高又集中的狠角色Bra的小煩惱嗎？😭😭😭 這次去韓國的時候姐妹介紹俺日本品牌Aimer Feel的Push Up～ 效果太驚人了～ 😱😱😱 穿起來非常非常舒服卻有效果～ 太適合俺的那種算大卻超軟所以非常容易外擴跟下垂的胸型啦～ 😭😭😭😭😭 而且又ㄧ定會有兩邊大小不可能ㄧ樣的問題～ 要把他們兩邊好好的擺在ㄧ起可以與對方相親相愛又要有完美的溝線對俺來說超級難～😭😭😭 穿上Aimer Feel的之後各個角度看起來俺覺得超完美～ 👯👯👯 俺在法國也有買過Wonder Bra～ 大概只有這兩個品牌的Push Up能讓俺有感覺～ 其他義大利品牌、Victoria Secret、日本跟台灣牌那些都無法讓俺醬驚豔ㄟ～ 俺看到他的廣告海報寫「超盛」就想笑～😆😆😆 看來以後去日本就可以掃貨了啊～ 價格也太可愛便宜了吧～👍👍👍 但每個人胸型都不同啦～ 所以還是都要自己親自試穿過才會找到適合自己的Push Up內衣唷～😊😊😊
