今日英國外交大臣聯同38個國家（難得有唔少中小型國家）一齊向聯合國大會出聯合聲明，要求聯合國人權事務高級專員辦事處（UN High Commissioner for Human Rights ）獨立觀察員去新疆，緊急保護當地小數族群嘅人權。

至於香港，38個國家根據聯合國專家小組嘅意見，表明國安法有啲條文有違中國應有嘅國際法律責任。

"We urge the relevant authorities to guarantee the rights which are protected under the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) and the Sino-British Joint Declaration, including freedoms of speech, the press and assembly."
（我地要求有關政府擔保維護（香港人）响公民權利及政治權利國際公約（ICCPR）同中英聯合聲明所定立嘅權利，包括言論、新聞同集會自由。）

"We also call on China to uphold autonomy, rights and freedoms in Hong Kong, and to respect the independence of the Hong Kong judiciary."
（同時亦要求中國確守香港嘅自治，人權同自由，尊重香港嘅司法獨立。）

响聯合國圍抽都未夠，返到去英國下議員外交委員會議上面，回應議員質詢嘅時候，仲主動單挑話英國唔參加北京冬季奧運有得諗。

英國終於同澳洲加拿大一齊幫美帝開路喇
（外交辭令表面好斯文，意思其實好嚴厲）

「乜乜政策法」同「一張廢紙」呢兩條美帝內部事務嘅惡法，要求國務卿Pompeo要交報告比國會，考慮寶安縣裡面嗰個直轄市嘅獨立關稅地位，同埋有無違反人權，如果有就好似委內瑞拉總統同啲官咁制裁。Pompeo响5月6號已經話睇埋人地個會講咩先，所以延遲出個報告。而且有啲嘢並唔能夠由Pompeo說了算，關於中英聯合聲明呢份過時失效嘅文件，始終都要廢國呢個簽署國出聲話違反咗，先可以開爐落油，加鹽加醋嘅。好喇，既然對方呢個星期酬賓周送埋子彈，英國終於出手，仲好刻意同兩個受欺凌嘅英聯邦苦主澳洲同加拿大出聯合外交聲明，交比美帝起鑊上菜。

大家睇下原文先，嗱，外交辭嘅嘢，緊係唔會好似怨婦網絡X我咁狠勁啦，但係含意已經好清楚同嚴厲，睇黎都好足夠Pompeo交功課比美帝國會，如果用廣東話應該或者可能係咁意思。

英國、澳洲及加拿大，罕有地就香港情況，聯合發表聲明！

英國外相藍韜文（Dominic Raab）、澳大利亞外長馬里斯佩恩（Marise Payne）和加拿大外長商鵬飛（François-Philippe Champagne）就中國提出的香港新安保法，聯合發表聲明。

我謹譯如下：

就中國提出在香港實行的國家安全立法建議，我們深表關注。

中英兩國簽署的《聯合聲明》具有法律約束力，香港享有高度自治。《聯合聲明》還規定，香港的人權和自由，包括㆟身、新聞、集會、結社和其他方面的權利和自由，將受法律保障，而聯合國兩條㆟權公約（分別是《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》和《經濟、社會與文化權利國際公約》）的規定將繼續有效。

在沒有人民立法機關及司法機關的參與下，以香港之名來制訂並通過這種法律，顯然會破壞「一國兩制」原則。而在這原則下，香港本應享有高度自治的保證。

Joint statement by UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab, Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne and Canadian Foreign Minister François-Philippe Champagne, responding to China’s proposed new security law for Hong Kong.

We are deeply concerned at proposals for introducing legislation related to national security in Hong Kong.
