The currently #9 ranked welterweight in the UFC, "The Stun Gun," Dong Hyun Kim. Hyun Kim recently stopped by Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training Camp to hold a seminar on takedowns and grappling and improve his Muay Thai skills. Hyun Kim(19-3) a veteran of the DEEP promotion has beaten some of the top contenders including Nate Diaz, Matt Brown, Erick Silva and T.J. Grant Hyun Kim has stepped in the UFC cage 14 times with a record of 10-3-1 and is also a 4th degree Judo black belt.
Dong Hyun Kim will square off against Josh Burkman in a welterweight clash at UFC 187. The already stacked card is headlined by UFC championship title shots, light heavyweights Jon Jones vs. Anthony Johnson and middleweight bout Chris Weidman vs. Vitor Belfort.

Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp welcomes back UFC and Brazilian Top Team Canada Fighter Patrick Cote.

Pat who has a professional record of 21-8 fights out of Montreal with BTT Canada and according to him, he does travel around different training camps for his fight preparation.

" I always travel during my training camp but now, Tiger Muay Thai is the place I go to for a lot of reasons. I enjoy the weather, the training, it is affiliated with Brazilian Top Team and there are a lot of high-level fighters that come from all over the world."

For his next UFC fight, he will be up against Stephen Thomson in UFC 178 on September 27, 2014 in Las Vegas. TMT's Head MMA Coach Brian Ebersole will also be on the same card.

Cote went to Tiger in preparation for his previous fight against UFC Fighter and TUF Australia Coach Kyle Noke. He won his fight as well as UFC Fighters Elias Theodorou and Richard Walsh who came at the same time as Pat.

" A lot of my friends have come to TMT. My Muay Thai trainer used to train at Tiger as well so I came and it went pretty well for me.I won my last fight and so I decided to come back."

Pat who also enjoys surfing was in the army before becoming a full-time professional fighter/ athlete.

" I love to surf a lot, I also enjoyed watching boxing on TV and really wanted to try it so I went for it!"

When asked about what inspires him as a fighter...

"With all the years behind me in this sport, I really want to do my best every time. I made my name in this sport. I am inspired by my training partners who push me hard to get ready for a fight."

In this video Murilo Bustamante takes us back to 1991 when Murilo took part in one of the most legendary Vale-Tudo challenges of all time, it seemed that Bustamante was destined to be in big events for the rest of his life from that moment on. The event was the "Desafio -- Jiu-Jitsu vs. Luta Livre" which litterally means BJJ vs Luta Livre Challenge.
Murilo's grappling accomplishments include Championships at the World Class level, as well as appearances at the ADCC World Submission Wrestling Championships. In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he has won The Mundials World Championships in 1999 and has won the Brazilian National Championship 4 times.
In ADCC, he competed at the 88--98 kg in both 1999 and 2000, and the Absolute tournament in 1999. He managed a record of 3--2 with his loses coming by way of points over submission.
He was the reigning and undisputed UFC middleweight champion after defeating Dave Menne at UFC 35. He made one title defense, defeating Matt Lindland, before leaving the UFC due to financial reasons and signing with PRIDE in 2003.
He was a finalist of the PRIDE Welterweight Tournament 2005 on December 31. After two impressive victories via an armbar and a TKO, defeating Ikuhisa Minowa and Masanori Suda respectively, Bustamante entered the finals against Dan Henderson. In the finals Busta dropped an extremely close split decision to the two-time Pride champion.

This Ricardo Miller Jiu Jitsu black belt has one of the most attractive fighting styles in Submission Wrestling and BJJ today, with his innovative deep half guard (check Jeff Glover's DVD review). He was also made famous through his series of episodes called "Glover's Travels" where he travelled throughout the United States interviewing and training with some of the best coaches in the country.
